The food is usually pretty good. The staff is professional and always smiling. But the nachos I had there tonite were disgusting. I will never have those again. The chicken and dumplings are awesome!

Got a chicken taco salad. Was disappointed in it. The chicken pieces were big. The taco shell was not good at all. It was puffy and so tough. Greasy. And couldn't tear it apart. Must been overcooked or stayed in oil.

The cashier that took my order was so rude. He kept interrupting me and got my order wrong. Then when we went to get ice cream it took him litterally 20 minutes and then he wasnt even the one that brought it out. One of the cashiers was super sweet and i wish i knew her name. Absolutely love her.

Has to be the worst DQ in the state of Texas. I love DQ but this place is horrible. They are not properly trained. The owners apparently do not eat here. The orders are constantly wrong. And the ice cream...they charge you for a blizzard but none of the staff know how to make them. They are always

Waited 45 minutes in drive thru for burger and steak fingers. Went in and dude was so slow moving. He really needs to work on his speed. Very aggravating. I won't ever go back. I'll drive to Longview.

Workers were rude and were cussing at customers in the drive thru window. The staff mixed/messed up several drive thru orders, some orders were given to wrong customers. We wait about 30-45 minutes for our order.
