My daughter & I thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. She had a juicy burger with fries & I had their quiche served with green beans which was delicious. Highly recommend O’Charle’s. I may add that we have eaten at this location before as well as another restaurant in Richmond (Gaskins & Maryland) & have never been disappointed.
Service was excellent! Food was hit and prompt! Awesome dining experience. Lauren, our waitress was dynamic! The best I've seen in quite some time. I had stopped eating at O'Charley's because the service had become so poor and the food was sub par but yesterday was totally different.
I was with a group of 17 yesterday. Service was great, as well as the food and free pie!! Our waitress was awesome! We will be back.
Staffing was short but we were made aware of wait when we got there. Our waitress was very nice but could be a little more attentive when we asked for things. The food was yummy. Price of dinner and dessert very reasonable. We had not been here in a few years. The food is still very good and worth the wait for us.
Just a wonderful experience. Food was delicious- I had the New Orleans Cajun Chicken Pasta. But most impressively was the way the servers are banding together and exhibiting WONDERFUL team work during this time of wait staff shortages. Special shout out to my great waitress, Christine! Thanks also to Manager Luke and all those who made my lunch today so nice.
Enjoyed steak and fall off the bone baby ribs. Not busy so food came quickly. Broccoli was fresh and not mushy, 6 oz steak cooked as requested. My server, Mariam, was so good and cheerful and helpful. I will definitely return. My only other experience with O'Charley's was in Lynchburg near the airport. I like Outback for the consistency of their great steaks. Now I can add O'Charley's to my list too. Thank you.
We went tonight for some dinner after a long day, we had the best waitress!! Her name is Mary and she was absolutely wonderful!! We had drinks filled the whole time! She was so friendly and kind and we will request her every time we go!!! She's the best thank you so much!!! Nothing like great food and great service!
The food was excellent. Loved the personal touch of the manager stopping by our table to chat. He wanted in on the fun as well. Our server was awesome! He was on point with everything.
