Ruby Tuesday - Glen Allen - Photo album

The food and service is good at this restaurant. But, in recent years they have struggled with prompt service. I have gone to two different locations in the past two day. If you don't order the salad bar plan to wait 20-30 and it wasn't busy.
Came here for lunch on Memorial Day and was impressed with the service and quality of food here. The salad bar is quite fresh, with lots of options, and the food was ready relatively quickly. It wasn't the most amazing food ever, but the portions were reasonable, and it was better than I'd expected
Another reason why Ruby Tuesday is having problems. Look at the photo advertising their hamburgers and compared to what I received. Asked for medium well, received medium rare. Ruby Tuesday always makes me feel like I can be a professional salad maker. Haha! The salad bar is always so fresh and well kept.

Good american with salad bar, how can you go wrong there! Except to get my order wrong to begin with... I wanted a plain ole sirloin steak and was given that honey bacon sirloin catastrophe. I like my steak to taste like steak please, cut out all the weird sweet stuff, that is what dessert is for!
