Smoothie King used to be excellent but ever since they got new ownership this place is a disaster. The employees are rude and management doesn’t care. We used to go here 2x a week and now the smoothies are so inconsistent that we refuse to go there. I hope management reads these reviews and makes so

TERRIBLE! STAY AWAY! We bought two smoothies and they had multiple pieces of plastic in them! Went in to get a refund and the manager (who repeatedly said he has a 4.0 in law school LOL, like dude just give me my refund) refused to refund us. He poured out our smoothies and said there were no pieces

The smoothies are good but pricey. There was only one person working and a long wait. My advice would be to make your own smoothie for half the price and none of the wait. There is no way that one person can handle everything on the day before Christmas.

Junk restaurant. Sign says there open.. it’s 9am and sign says they open at 7am. Doors are locked. Staff is inside and see people waiting outside. No one opens the door or offers an explanation. No one answers the phone, even though I can hear it ringing from outside. Save your money and go elsewh

I am pretty disappointed! Used to get yogurt d-lite, passion fruit flavor only, no sugar. It was a treat, delicious! Idk why, but they can’t get it right anymore. Why don’t they have plain frozen yogurt? Everything tastes like vanilla 😤

Smoothies are fine, but the store had fruit flies flying around and splatters on the wall. It makes me worry about the ingredients in my smoothie. It just needs to be cleaned.

This used to be a well run operation with fast and friendly service. Those days are apparently long gone. My last several experiences have been far below expectations. It's a shame too because the smoothies are pretty decent. I am now looking for a new option for smoothies.
