Papa Johns Pizza - Glen Allen - Photo album

Ordered the New York style pizza. It arrived ice cold after 1 1/2 hours. No cheese but lots of empty dough around the edges. This is the second time I've gotten a bad pizza. Do not recommend ordering from this location.

It took a little more than a hour to get my delivery. My order was cold. I called the manager she told me that there wasn’t anything they can do about it. I ask for a remake, a voucher for another pizza in the future or something. She said no. So I suggest when ordering from here order at your own

Ordered 3 items, tracker said 23-33 minutes. Okay, fine. Then about 25 minutes later the tracker grey's out and says see you in 9-19mintues... I don't think that time adds up... I should've known better than to give Papa Johns another try..Sticking with dominos from now on.

Order was correct and arrived in a timely manner! Gentleman that delivered to our hotel was courteous and respectful! Best Papa Johns we have had in a while!!! *husband sort of dove in before pictures were taken the wings, well yeah they're gone!! lol 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️*

Most awesome staff you could ask for iall in one place! Helpful,friendly, willig to go above & beyond to help their customers . They have great pizza , most clean pizza place ive even seen. They really care about their customers, food quality & delivery drivers.

Ordered. Got email saying was ready for pickup. Got to store and MANAGEr says if they take long on pizza then they are punished. So they wait 10 min and put the order in completed so Corprate doesn’t know how slow they are.

Horrible Experience! Staff including the manager are extremely rude! Ordered carry out 45 min ago and was told that it would be ready I. 10-20 min. Went there after 1/2 hour and was told it would take another 25 min!!?? No apologies Nada!!

will not order again from this place, this is the second time they put very less topping that you can see on part of the pizza, when you tell them they get angry instead of acknowledging what they are doing and improving their service.
