All Pizza Hut stores in the greater Richmond area no dine in, not everyone does takeout some like dining in. Missing out on a big market share by having no dine in. Middle eastern dude at front is rude as hell. Will tell you your pizza isn’t ready when you can see it behind him and make you sit and wait without acknowledging your existence.
