This place is a hidden gem! Great service! Great food! Don't forget desert the flan is outstanding! You may wait for a table but it's worth it! Oh and did I mention it's not expensive! The margaritas seem to be a favorite among guests though I don't drink them!
Best Mexican restaurant around. We moved out of the area two years ago, but I make a special trip to Glen Burnie or Severna Park every once in a while to Mi Pueblo. I hope the owners would consider expanding to the eastern shore.
I traveled from Laurel based on reviews online. It was worth the drive. Great authentic food. Fresh guacamole made table side is a sure win!!!
Love the food and friendly atmosphere, nothing less than delicious
We've been going here for years! Only downfall is they never seem to have black beans!
Great food. Never disappointed. Quantity is more than normal. Good rates as well.
Fast service and great food. The most bang for your buck.
Always really great food. Expect to take your time through dinner. They don't rush you out by any means. Guacamole is made fresh at the table, quest dips are delicious. Try burrito Cancun, chorizo pollo, steak or the fajitas. Can't go wrong. I had the first pollo today and it didn't not disappoint.
Hands down THE BEST authentic Mexican restaurant in the area!! I wish they had one closer to Catonsville!! Delicious food, friendly staff, always clean & very affordable!! We've been spoiled by them as they are the standard to which we now compare all Mexican restaurants- and most do not compare!
The Quesedilla Texana is amazing. Best Guacamole on the planet. Fast, inexpensive.
Good Tex Mex. My wife and I went to Mi Pueblo for lunch today (Cinco De Mayo). She's from Texas and we're new to MD. Of the 5 or so other Mexican places we've been to in the area, this has been her favorite so far. The prices are very reasonable and even though it was packed for the "holiday", the service was very friendly and as quick as could have been expected. We both enjoyed all of the food we ordered as well. We'll definitely be back again.
Awesome! Don't judge it by its exterior. Inside is clean and the food amazing for a good price. The staff was very friendly as well. The only thing that i didn't love was paying a dollar for a second basket of chips
Fajitas are awesome!. Love the lunch fajitas, they are perfect portion for one person. The queso dip is a little spicy with some sliced jalapeno, just yummy!! The wait staff is always friendly and helpful. I can't go there enough. "Where do you want to go to eat? Why, Mi Pueblo, of course."
Great food and great service!. I love Mi Pueblo! They have excellent food for a great price. The food is always fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The staff are super nice and very attentive. Salsa is fantastic! Highly recommend anything with their ground beef. Delicious!
One of the better Mexican restaurants in the area.. Went for the first time tonite. It's good, basic Mexican food - nothing fantastic, but worth going when you have a hankering for some salsa and beans. The tableside guacamole was great, but not cheap. I would get it again in a heartbeat, but its 9 bucks. It was almost worth it. Everything was above average compared to most places nearby - (by that I mean avoid Los Portales!!). The salsa was OK, but it could use more cilantro and heat. The chips were pretty boring. They should be making them fresh there. These were obviously trucked in from some factory. We had soft tacos, mole and a huge burrito, all decent. It's probably the best Mexican place in the area. You'll have to go to Baltimore to get anything better.
So so good!. This is by far the best Mexican food I've had since I moved to Maryland 2 years ago. The service is great and the food is amazing. My family eats here at least once a month and we've never had a bad experience. I love this place!
Mi pueblo is delicious....cant not keep coming back :)
We love Mi Pueblo and we keep going back because the good is so fresh and delicious. The Vegetarians in our family love all the menu choices as we do and none of us we have never been disappointed with our selections. For dessert e recommend the Tres Leches cake. We never heard of it and found it to absolutely delicious. Service is always attentive. Mi Pueblo is a great place to dine with family and friends.
Amazing. So I love, love, love this place. Now there are several ways to prepare Mexican food but I like the tradional Mexican (the way my mom learned in her summers to Mexico City as a kid). I'm so excited that there is a really stellar place in Glen Burnie. I recommend this place to everyone. My boss even comes up from Annapolis to eat there with his family now! Try it out for yourself and I promise you will not be disappointed. They even do carry out well when I just don't feel like cooking or going "out" to eat. The place is brand new, family-owned and really clean. I didn't expect it to be so nice inside considering it's in a GB strip mall.
First I will say - the customer service is exquisite. I asked for a refund for the guacamole and they obliged immediately. I was given the wrong item. BUT I will say, make sure you know that there is a different in the side of guacamole and their actual hand made guacamole.
But….This is a joke right? Quesadilla….tiny bit of cheese, over cooked salty meat, but all wrapped in a delicious 😍 tortilla. The salsa does taste fresh and was really good so if you’re in the market for salsa and tortillas, this is your place. Otherwise, Taco Bell down the street will be your better bet.
The service was incredible. We didn't have to wait long for the food and anything we needed was promptly taken care off. The food was soooo good!! I got what I always do, chicken nachos. My husband got his usual, Enchiladas Supremas and said they're the best Mexican food he's had and he's travelled all over for years for work. My son got the tacos and immensely enjoyed them. The cheese dip was amazing and gone before I could get a picture lol. The chips were fresh and the salsa was mild, and quite good.
Service was exceptional. Food was AMAZING! I wish I lived in the area so I could go all the time. Salad was fresh and delicious, meat was perfectly seasoned. Refried beans were not watwry or pasty... they were perfect. The sopaipilla were actually sopaipilla pastries and not fried tortillas like some places try to pass off. The salad that came with my dish was so pretty I had to text a photo of it to my husband.
I've lived in Dallas and Houston; I've also visited Austin regularly and this is still my favorite AUTHENTIC Mexican spot! I'm sure there have to be some in Texas, but I haven't found them yet. Also, if the menu isn't in Español, I don't want it!!
Got the taco salad with chicken and queso with chips, they were both great. The chicken tasted so good, seasoned perfectly. The chips tasted like they were baked on site not sure if the are, either way they were great. Mexican themed décor. Staff is very friendly. You are also able to place carry out orders. Quality and price are both on point. Will return my next trip home!!!
Been here many times on multiple occasions. The food is authentic and filling. The servers are always very kind and the Mexican coffee is outstanding. I suggest getting the 2/3 plate combo dinner for anyone that is unfamiliar with Mexican cuisine.
Went in for an early lunch. It was nice to get in quickly. Servers were quick and attentive, but not overly so. Lunch came with fresh made chips and fresh salsa.
Food came quick and was amazing. I would go here more often if I could, but it's a 25 minute trip and there's usually a bit of a wait because it's so popular.
Tasty! Group of 8, served quickly and with accuracy. The table side guacamole service was fun and delicious. Plenty of the food for the price. They have lots of helpful staff. Good feedback from the group on the margaritas. The taquitos are really good, everyone at my table really enjoyed the queso and they're very generous with their chips and salsa.
