Very short on staff. The bartender was our waiter. The dinner took a long while. The pizza we had was okay at best. In the past it was always great. I did not notice a manager but who knows he or she was probably the cook. I will try again if they have enough staff.

Our waitress was super sweet and helpful. The only reason I'm giving this place three stars is for her. Now the food on the other hand was... Something. Me and my friend got the spinach artichoke dip and it was great giving us an expectation of more great food. Alas that was the only enjoyable part

We usually go to the Bertucci’s in Springfield and have had bad experiences so we took a ride here. Our waitress Chrissy was AMAZING! Our food was delicious! My husband’s Verde pizza OUTSTANDING!

Great food and great atmosphere. Our server was Sue and she was very polite and attentive to our dining experience. Love Bertucci’s!

Raphael is the best Bartender in Delaware County! Go in and hang out at the bar - he’s uplifting and wonderful! Food was great and excellent service!! Best we have had in a long time!

Just had the best experience! Sue was awesome and was so sweet while working so hard!!! The food was great , please get the Brick oven baked Tuscan chicken wings and the “Nolio “ pizza !!! SO GOOD!! The wings melted in my mouth omg. Thank you Sue for a wonderful time!
