ZOOM IN! The last 4 times we’ve ordered here something has been wrong with the order or missing. Unfortunately, you don’t find out until you’re home and it’s too late. I completely understand that things are hard right now for everyone. I’m not about to yell at someone for getting an order wrong. Well, Today was different. My wife brought home our food and I was happily eating my sandwich and found a long black hair. I almost threw up. Thought other folks should know as well as the company. Times are tough we get it but, fix your sanitary practices. This is wrong!!

Salad missing salad dressing and tenders missing sauce. Ordered this take out 3 weeks ago and went to open order. Not able to enjoy meal dry!!
Called manager and was told she would provide another salad when we come back under my phone number. Came back today she did neither. This Chic fil a did not DO as promised!!
Talked to Tom today and was frustrated they did NOT ACKNOWLEDGE THEIR mistakes or order. I had previous Manager pull order and she saw the mistake on it but now they did not do as promised.

It's Chick-fil-A and mostly always good. This experience was good but think it could have been better as chicken was somewhat cold in center and cheese looked like it was just placed on top not at all melted and it may have been since chicken and biscuit wasn't very warm/hot either. I was hungry and ate it anyway, had no time to double back to inquire.

UPDATED: How do you expand a parking lot for dual lanes but yet never open the 2nd lane while having lines wrapped around thd building? Great design, poor execution/management.
This was my initial 5 star review: I come back here time after time for only one reason.... NATE!!! Coolest guy ever to step foot in Chick-fil-A. Hopefully you'll have the same awesome experience we have each time we visit.. Kudos to management for having the foresight to see how valuable someone like Nate is!

Just a quick review, Very much enjoyed my experience! Customer service was excellent, quick and friendly. Food was fantastic, delicious and correctly prepared. Definitely recommending this place to anyone interested!

Cleanest fast food restaurant. Everyone was nice. Everyone was working and seemed to do their job. The drive thru never stopped.i complimented the manager. Told him to keep up the good work.
