We hosted a private party there on Saturday and everything went perfectly! Michael was very easy to work with and he accompanied all of my requests. The staff was pleasant and food was delicious. Everyone commented on what a great party it was. We definitely will host another event there.

Erli was fantastic! He made sure we were really taken care of.... the indoor setup was awesome....of course it never rained, so some guests made it outside to play games etc. Maddie did a great job and was attentive to the guests.
Rachael was a Rock Star! Everyone was complimenting how great her service was as well her pleasant demeanor!

The food is overpriced for what it’s worth. The steak was basically all fat and was some cheap thin steak that was worth 25 bucks it’s not worth it. The steak is very chewy too. Our server was nice but the food was overall aweful and not worth your money. The asparagus you could tell was frozen and was still hard even though it was “cooked”. The only thing good about this place was the bang bang shrimp.

I was very disappointed with a particular sandwich that my son in-law ordered on a recent Friday afternoon. He ordered the roast pork sandwich with sharp provolone cheese. The sandwich was particularly small, no longer than 6 inches in length. Most surprisingly, there was very little pork inside. I found it to be very embarrassing for Duffers to actually serve something like that. Of course a normal response would be that food prices have increased, which most of us understand, but what was served was ridiculous. With that, I've decided to take my business elsewhere in the future.

Other than the taco salad and homemade chips (which were really good), the food, drinks, and service were average.

Duffers has awful food, terrible service, and the small blonde host is severely rude, untalkative, disrespectful, cant look you in the eyes when hosting or taking you to your table, and on top of all of this the drinks at duffers were watered down and the ice in the drinks made me sick.It also seemed as though the blonde girl was high due to her lack of verbal understanding and her blood shot red eyes and the smell of marijuana. This restaurant deserves less than one ☆ I my opinion and should not be a a typical visit for any family or friend group. I say all of these things with true honesty and integrity. This restaurant is the epitome of what awful Service is. I cannot believe that this restaurant is still up ad running to this day . It almost hurts my feelings for the garnet valley economy and reputation.
