I have been coming here since I was a kid most likely more than 12 years. Ordered for take out the other day for 4 entrees and garlic knots and side of fries. The buffalo sauce for my buffalo chicken Stromboli they use is completely watered down and has barely any taste and super bland. They are very skimpy and light with anything anymore. There was really no customers getting greeted when walking in the door and it seemed like no one cared. I understand they were busy which is no issue but the attitudes were just miserable. The only person that seemed happy to be there was the cashier at the end of the counter. I had to wait an extra 15/20 minutes because they were so busy but I have no problem doing that and I understand it gets busy on weekend nights. I checked the bag and looked like everything was there. Went home and then noticed they forgot the salad entree. Ended up going back and they gave it to me. Got home and opened it up and it was the wrong salad. Had it at that point and didn’t go back or even bother to call. The food is extremely skimpy and bland compared to what it used to be. I think it is under new ownership and after this experience under the new ownership after over a decade of coming here since I was a kid I will sadly not be going back.

The saddest looking cheesesteak I have ever had. Taste was ok and the girl who took my order was nice but first and last time I will be going there. 😣 Not worth the $$

The best pizza around wouldn’t go any where else

Pizza is good but they charge way too much for toppings. Three bucks for one topping is kind of crazy. Just get one of the speciality pizza.

2 slices of white pizza were delish! Roasted peppers, bruschetta, etc looked really good too. Will definitely go back and try some other goodies:)

Terrible customer service! Get somebody who can speak English when they answer the phones. This was not the first time I've had an issue with the person not understanding me on the phone there. I placed an order online through their website (which directs you to Slice). Called for an update on the status. Whoever I spoke to on the phone had no idea what I was talking about. Said he never heard of slice and they only use "door" which I'm assuming means doordash. Started arguing with me that I couldn't expect their website to work properly since it was 4 years old. EXCUSE ME SIR?! You own a business in 2022. Yes you need a website that works properly that takes customer's money or else don't have a website at all. Absolutely ridiculous. So rude. Will never order from there again. Way overpriced for mediocre pizza.

Went into the restaurant and it was about 10:30. They open at 10:00 a.m. I walked in and they didn't have one single pizza made. I asked him if they had a certain type and they told me it's still too early we're making them, they should be in there early to get the stuff done so when they open the door the product is ready to be served.
