The baristas are always so sweet every time I come through the drive through. And if they’re out of something, they will suggest things that are similar. I respect the great customer service given the circumstances of todays world.
Went to this Starbucks today and my sister and I ordered Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccinos. We were the only 2 customers in the store. There were 6 people behind the counter “working”, but only 2 people actually making the orders. We waited for our drinks for 20 min. While we were waiting, another

Nice environment but I just noticed no one wears hair nets. They’re making our food and drinks and not one employee has a hair net. Doesn’t seem like a big deal until hair ends up in your mouth … but what do I know.

I have been to the Starbucks in Glen Mills half a dozen times, and each time has been as expected. The coffee comes out well and timely, there is a fair amount of seating, the staff are kind, courteous, and always masked up. The ambiance is typical Starbucks which is a good thing. A clean and cozy cafe located on the end of a mall where they are afforded a drive thru window. The baristas are pleasant, and the two leather lounge chairs gave me an hour to relax and recharge. The drive thru can be quite busy so walking in may be faster.
I orderbst multiple starbucks and this is by far my favorite. Great staff and my order is never wrong.
