Went to this Starbucks today and my sister and I ordered Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccinos. We were the only 2 customers in the store. There were 6 people behind the counter “working”, but only 2 people actually making the orders. We waited for our drinks for 20 min. While we were waiting, another customer came in to pick up her mobile order and had to send her drinks back twice because they were not made correctly. When we finally got our fraps, they were both completely tasteless. I have honestly never had a bad tasting frap before, but this one tasted like it was just milk, ice, and a little bit of coffee blended together. Super disappointing!!

Sam is the best! Had a negative experience at the Starbucks down the road and when I told Sam what happened and she took the initiative to take care of us. Great experience and the pistachio latte is the bomb!

Nice environment but I just noticed no one wears hair nets. They’re making our food and drinks and not one employee has a hair net. Doesn’t seem like a big deal until hair ends up in your mouth … but what do I know.

I have been to the Starbucks in Glen Mills half a dozen times, and each time has been as expected. The coffee comes out well and timely, there is a fair amount of seating, the staff are kind, courteous, and always masked up. The ambiance is typical Starbucks which is a good thing. It can get loud at times so don't expect to read a thought provoking book here. I would recommend this for a place to chill for an hour or a place to grab a quick cup of caffeine.

A clean and cozy cafe located on the end of a mall where they are afforded a drive thru window. The baristas are pleasant, and the two leather lounge chairs gave me an hour to relax and recharge. The drive thru can be quite busy so walking in may be faster.
