Stone and Rail from the start have been wonderful. I called on a Thursday afternoon at 4pm to ask if they accepted reservations for party of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids at 6:15pm in the same day...they did!! As soon as we arrived they had our table waiting for us, it was a pack house. The waitress was very sweet and took our order. I was hesitant about the beer I ordered so she gladly offered me a sample...which helped make my decision and drank a glass of it. Our appetizer was the naan bread with dips, our 2 girls ate most of it without us trying much of the dip and the waiter brought us more � then our food arrived. Everyone enjoyed their meal and we also had dessert. It was fantastic, well cooked with great flavor. I can’t wait to return with my family.
a great new place for locals. food was outstanding and delicious. dishes came out quick. good selections of beers and wine. the atmosphere is cozy yet modern. if you want to grab a beer and a bite with friends this is the place to go.
I have eaten at Stone & Rail four or five times. The place has been packed every time I've gone and it's easy to understand why and certainly well worth the wait. (And they do their very best to seat you ASAP and are extremely accommodating while you wait.) Everything I have tried have been FANTASTIC. I usually stick to the same few items because they are so good I can't NOT get them. Fried pickle pot-stickers, kielbasa corn dog, and bacon cheeseburger are UNREAL. Great beer selection too, and very friendly and efficient staff. Can't wait until my next visit!
Tonight we had another fabulous Chef Adam Weiss Culinary Experience at Stone and Rail! We loved the yummy Avocado Toast with its deliciously fresh tasting guacamole and roasted tomato set atop buttery crunchy ciabatta toast ...
We also loved the succulent flavorful shrimp tacos wrapped within a corn tortilla with amazingly flavorful layerings of chipotle aioli, coleslaw, and pico de gallo ...Soooo Delish!
My friend Barbara was humming over the Quinoa-chick pea burger ... a Mouth watering vegetarian dish combining Middle Eastern flavors and textures ...
and we both happily nibbled on the oh so crunchy Parmesan truffle fries!
We ended our fabulous meal with Chef Adam’s heavenly ricotta Zeppoli‘s with a warm chocolate marshmallow dipping sauce...
We left Stone and Rail in a delicious food stupor....
Tomorrow we will have to hit the gym big time...LOL!

We love Stone & Rail! The owners were extra accommodating for our large party of 16. Nothing but great things to say about the pricing, food, and kids menu. Our waitress, Keri, was so personable and delivered excellent service! And we loved that the kids could go upstairs and play games when they got too antsy to sit still any longer with the adults!

Such a beautiful place love the decor! Food was absolutely delicious.. all 4 of us were raving about how amazing it was! The wine selection great, craft beers were excellent, and everyone is so friendly! We can't wait to come back again! The perfect ambiance - very cozy, chic, modern and love those chandeliers! Reservations are a must or the beautiful bar seating is perfect too. Thank you for the wonderful service Dana! We can't wait to come back!!
From start to finish everything top notch. The entire staff gets 2 thumbs up, friendly and attentive. I had the Stone and Rail burger, tremendous, my dinner companion had the shrimp tacos and said they were very good.
I can’t say enough about this wonderful new addition to Glen Rock! The atmosphere and decor is very well done, the staff is friendly, Doug at the bar is a true gem and they are lucky to have brought him in to join them with all of his experience in the local area. Brian is a true restauranteur, we found him to be a genuine person who really cared about his customers and took the time to say hello and was very personable and present, something that is not that common these days. We highly recommend that you try this new local hot spot!
Delicious food amazing ambiance and service was friendly and fast! Cant say enough good things. Went with kiddos and cant wait to go back with friends or for date night! What an amazing addition to Glen Rock!
Loved the Stone and Rail both times I’ve been! The first visit was with friends. The second time was with my young kids. Both experiences were great. The staff was friendly, helpful and the food was excellent!
What I love most is the flavors! Each item has a fresh taste! Usually I grab the pepper to help season. Not here! Chef Adam really gets depth of flavor���All of the dishes I’ve tried are worth repeating�
We are so happy to have Stone and Rail as a new addition to Glen Rock!! The service is impeccable, food is absolutely delicious and the bar is beautiful. Two thumbs up for the kids menu and the mouth watering desserts. It is wonderful to see the owners walk up to diners and welcome them graciously.
We had a great dinner with friends last night. The food was delicious and our server was so patient with our group (which included 4 kids)! Can't wait to come back!
We've been to Stone and Rail a number of times and the food and service are always excellent. It's a great place for families and to grab a drink with friends. So far the Hangar Steak and Shrimp Tacos are my favorites although you can't go wrong with anything on this menu. Great addition to town and looking forward to many more visits.

Couldn’t have found for a better place to celebrate my sister and her fiancé’s bridal shower! Caroline was amazing with helping me through out the process of getting it together so was Jackie! Food and Service was AMAZING! Definitely recommended for any event!
Beautiful hall…great selection of local and imports, full bar, they’ve spent a lot of time curating a menu so it can double as a great place for a solid meal. Burgers are a bit over cooked, but on point, fries and garnish all great. We had a few of them. The Nachos were not good… no taste at all… the presentation was more like pita chips and a hummus plate, but friendly staff and well done everything else :)
My family lives in Ridgewood, and this was a great option to have for a local spot. Could have been on Wall Street… the dark wood interior, the thoughtful interior, chandelier, a perfect place to rent out even!
Highly recommend!! I had my engagement dinner here and we had a private space, great food, and great staff. All of the staff here are incredibly kind and super helpful. I had spent days planning and the event staff, Caroline, was the absolute best! While looking for places and contacting many people, Caroline was the most helpful and so wonderful. The food and drinks were amazing, everything tasted so fresh.
Pretty good food. It was a chilly for my liking but nothing the French onion soup couldn't fix. I came for dinner with family for fathers day and all of our food looked amazing and we all enjoyed our meals. The atmosphere was neat, and our waitress was amazing and very friendly. I would definitely come here again!
Love the atmosphere. The food is consistently great and the menu offers a variety of options that change up for the seasons. We come in at least once a month and the staff are so friendly, helpful, and accommodating -- especially Cynthia!
The outdoor patio is lovely when the weather is nice.
Menu has some gluten free options . No problems with our food. Would recommend the shrimp tacos . Very tasty and filling. As a side note double check your credit card receipt for the correct tip amount . Our card was charged more than the tip amount we chose . Had the issuer fix the tip to the correct amount we left on receipt originally.
