Reason I’m writing this review is because I always go to this location . All the staff is very nice and respectful and listen to you when you order a drink and make sure it’s to your making . Ryan he is a tall guy he made my drink twice a chocolate cold brew I asked for extra pumps because I don’t like my drink strong I would assume it should be fine since I asked for that when I order the drink he seem aggravated and said there is extra already and I said sorry I just don’t like it to strong he took my cup slam the blender on the table and seem upset I said sorry your upset I’ve paid already . He was plan rude the first and second time to me! If you can’t respect what the customer ask for then don’t work there!

Ok so where do i start... Usually its a super amazing place all the workers are sososososooooo kind. I go there often. But theres this new lady... shes old and always gets my order wrong. Cant hear me, and i have super bad allergies btw so she doesn’t understand what im asking her to do (clean the pitcher, etc.) every time shes at the register she makes it soooo slow she has no idea what to do and it’s annoying. otherwise its fine i guess.

From five stars to 1. Friendliest staff around. Update: Now that Mike and Brian are gone the store has just fallen apart. The counter display always has so much dust on it along with the back of the registers. This wouldn’t bug me so much if the staff members were kind. Instead they act so put out by customers. Last time I went there, I waited almost 5 minutes for the staff to turn around and take my order. Instead she very slowly filled the the online orders. If you want a truly amazing experience, hit up the Northfield location. There, they greet you by your name along with a huge smile.

I come here daily for my regular post workout drink, today I had the greatest service and had to say thank you. Was having that rough morning we all have, spilled half of my drink on the way to the table. The staff not only told me they would clean it up, 5 min later they came over with a new drink for me. I never asked they just went above and beyond. What a great team there.

Great Starbucks but there is also another great local coffee shop across the street. I usually split my time between the two. Both shops are great so you don't really need to pick favorites. I have noticed recently that Starbucks is less packed and has shorter lines so I usually go there. Also online ordering is great when it works but sometimes the app says all of the sandwiches are out of stock when they are not.

Newly remodeled. The fireplace is gone. That’s sad. It used to be a very homey kind of place, now it seems like a great place to hunker down and write your memoirs or have a meeting. There are a few outlets for devices, but not at every table. Even though the remodeling “opened up” the floor, it seems smaller. And the outdated, yet comfy upholstered chairs are gone. It all clean cut bright wood furniture now. Friendliest crew around. Solid recommendation. But not 5 stars, because they could at least installed an electric fireplace....
