This place is so cool just to look around! Ya gotta look at every nook and cranny especially up. The food was great. Had the Italian beef sandwich and tamales. Need to try their Chicago Hot Dog. Terrific place to enjoy with friends or alone.
Best burgers you can get and the only ones in a fast food chain that look like the pictures on the menu. Great quality and ingredients. Extremely consistent.

A woman dropped a bag and the friendly folks who worked there checked it and gave her a replacement. The service is incredible. The sandwiches are the main event tho. Get the #1 and don't forget to ask for it dipped. That's the most important part. Pair with a small chocolate malt and bring a slice

This location is always spot on! Never a delay in my orders. I've never had any food errors here. The pasta section is unique to this location and it's a nice change.

Really, really good. First time eating here, kinda unique inside. Seems like 3-4 different places inside to order from. Lool around and i have to say they offer quite a selection. So much that i quit reading the menus and just ordered a half slab of ribs and a salad. Delicious.

Another amazing experience at Portillos! I had to try the cake this time and got a Maxwell Street Polish dog to go with it. Boy was the polish dog and cake amazing! The quality is consistent between locations which definitely will keep me coming back. You can't go wrong with the Italian beef sandwic
Seems like the beef I ordered was smaller in size than normal. I hope this is not a trend with them. That is the reason why it got a 4 star rating and not 5.
