I miss the old Johnny Rockets experience but the food was still good. They still serve one of the best burgers in the nation. I remember back then when Johnny Rockets employees would dance, the shakes would also come with extra in a shaker cup and they'd make little shapes with your ketchup... not anymore.
One of the best things about this place is their shakes. It reminds me of when you would get shakes at your local diner when you were a kid. This is exactly why this place is a staple, because it's one of the only restaurants that still gives that 50s diner vibe. I love the environment of this location. It's part of a beautiful strip mall, It was almost reminiscent of Hollywood Blvd.
The wait wasn't long at all. We were seated as soon as we entered. And our food was brought out just a few minutes after we placed it. I will definitely be coming back to this location.
Parking: The biggest flaw about this location is the parking situation. You either have to walk from across the mall or you have to pay to park just outside the Johnny Rockets building. Once you park you're prompted to pay online (which is an unfortunate inconvenience).
I thought the service was really good. I found one server and cook working together to make sure the tickets were being filled. Team work makes the dream work. Will return again. Overall laid back atmosphere.
Very delicious burgers for a big chain. The burgers are juicy and the buns are warm and crispy. Had not been to this location in about 10 years and the first thing I noticed is this place looks a bit run down. On the other hand the staff is amazing. Our server was really friendly and constantly checking on us to see if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend this place.
If you come in make sure Stratford and Jose are working. Stratford was our server and he was professional and courteous. Jose cooked our food with more passion than most high end restaurants. It was simply perfect.
Abigail is the best! My husband and I have gone multiple times and we’ve been lucky to have her as our server more than once. She has great customer service & is a funny gal. She makes our Johnny rockets experience amazing with cute little ketchup smiles for our fries. As for the food, it is DELICIOUS!! KISS THE CHEF!! Trust us when we say to let a big guy cook your food! Best burgers ever! We will definitely be going back!!
My experience at Johnny Rockets will be hard to match considering the excellent service and how good the food was cooked. My server Abigail made sure I had refills and never didn’t have napkins at my table. GREAT server. The cook I believe name was Taylor and she was fantastic making sure my burger and fries was crisps and to perfection (She’s hot too 👌🏿🔥). I had to speak with the manager and she has the looks and attitude of a boss and she should be a district manager for more than one store (her name is Jay) .The host Sierra gave me a warm welcome and hearted see you later and they definitely will! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
First time in Johnny Rockets and you have to go! It’s the cutest little spot with amazing food. The milkshakes are to die for. IT WAS AMAZING! The service we received was so amazing Sarah is a excellent server! we will definitely be back again. They made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience.
I had the fried chicken and the pecan waffles and omg....That was the best fried chicken I ever had- it was super juicy and crispy on the outside! And the waffles were to die for with the pecans and some red velvet flavoring on the top! Leonard gave such great service too!!! This was my first time and I will come back for more!

Great experience! Got seated quickly and fast service. Waitress was very friendly and helpful, food was acceptable, but my daughters chicken salad was amazing(she had a special request with her greens), the French fries were not that great. Overall it was a great experience for me and my girls.
1950s style diner. Prices aren't bad, about $7 for a burger. Add $2 for fries but they're "endless" and will start as soon as you place your order. Fountain drinks are also unlimited refills. Has an old fashioned jukebox that plays 50s music all day long. Kids eat free Monday through Thursday from 11am to 5pm (with paid adult). Place is usually pretty busy food is better than average. Burger buns are homemade, meat isn't your normal frozen patty. Fries are AWESOME!! People are friendly and professional.
Johnny Rockets was awesome tonight! We grabbed a bite before the Coyotes game! The staff were quick to seat us, friendly and took our order right away! The food was really yummy, and came hot! So glad we went! Got to our game on time and we loved our food!🎉
