Looking forward to another visit to this place but to actually eat there. Came here for the first time & got a pick up order since it was almost closing time ! I got an Alaskan Roll ( CA Roll , Fresh Salmon & Sliced Lemon on Top) & a Philadelphia Roll ( Salmon , Cream Cheese & Avocado) & of course Salmon Sashimi. Yes I’m Obsessed with salmon & this place was definitely 100/10 😩 the salmon tasted fresh and the roll combinations were delicious . Can’t wait to actually sit down & eat here again !

This tiny restaurant could easily be missed when driving by. Make sure you stop in to try some sushi! The portions are plentiful, the prices are reasonable, and the food is amazing. HIGHLY recommend!

Small local business I've been coming here for over 5 years. Located in a strip mall. Fey the owner is super friendly and when you get to know her will treat you like family. The Salmon collar is my favorite menu item comes with salad and dressing. Absolutely delicious.Be prepared to wait a bit they are short staffed but worth while. As you wait for your service you will notice all the repeat customers that Fey knows by name. The menu is extensive so should find something for everyone in your party. Highly recommend having Sushi Catcher become part of your sushi destinations.

Wanted ramen and I found this place on Google maps. Decided to come in and definitely the best part of my day that day(9/13/21). Got the garlic tonkotsu shoyu with extra spice and did not disappoint. But the best part of my meal was the red snapper nigiri. Sooo flavorful and delicious. The salmon belly was good, but not as good. I was full, but was really debating whether or not to order more sushi. Sadly I was short on time so I decided not to.

It's so good here! I love the food and the staff is friendly and kind. I ordered a Spicy Tuna Roll and a Spicy Tuna Tempura Roll from the two roll combo Lunch Special and both were delicious. My mother got the Bento Box Lunch Special and enjoyed it as well. The portions are large and the food is good quality. *SIDE NOTE*: this is a small business that has a small staff, if no one is up front call out as sometimes they are working in the back and can not hear you enter. <<<

I just keep coming back, never disappoints. One of the best, if not the best, sushi in phoenix. A hidden Gem. Always seems to be fresh, very small, very quiet. Dont judge this book by its cover. Stop in.

The sushi here is incredible!! And so reasonably priced. Faye (the owner) is absolutely amazing, has incredible service, and is so creative with the sushi! We asked her to surprise us with her favorite rolls and she went above and beyond with what she did and it tasted phenomenal! Highly recommend the sushi catcher!!

The Chimichanga roll is my favorite. The owner knows us when we visit. She is always polite to us. The only con is she takes quite a bit of time to prepare the rolls. She always has Gyza's ready for our toddler daughter first to keep her occupied lol My favorite sushi spot in the Valley! 👌🏾💯

Small place, our service was quite slow to get going however the food didn’t take long once ordered. I had to ask for water which is a thing for me hence the 4 stars. The food was good, I didn’t get the Korean spicy sauce like the other guide said to try. I’d come back but wouldn’t be my first place to come for sushi. One thing I’d like is to be able to get a number n spicy miso ramen, they don’t deviate from menu like my other ramen places do. The edamame had rock salt which is a lil different than I am used to, good but has a nice rock salt bite. The miso was delicious, the gyoza were eh, not the best but I prefer the softer version not the deep fried.

Stopped in here for lunch and was very happy with the sushi. The service was pretty quick and the waitress was friendly. Definitely get the red pepper Korean sauce for dipping your sushi! The miso soup was okay, but nothing to write home about. Simple decor and atmosphere, wasn't crowded at all when we ate here. A great place for lunch and they offer a lunch menu with sushi options and bento boxes.

This is a one person running the place business. The food is the best sushi you can get.

I will say this over and over, but this is seriously the best sushi place I’ve ever been to. The service is always fast and friendly, and the portion sizes are HUGE (tuna roll for comparison - most places put half the amount of fish). The taste is to die for, everything is fresh, tender, and really flavorful. Highly recommend their Vegas roll, unagi nigiri, and anything with Hamachi (yellowtail, pictured next to tuna roll).

The food here is delicious. Service was good too. My husband and I had Sushi, egg rolls and a noodle dish. All of it was great. The spicy scallop roll was my favorite. And whatever the sauce was they served with the eggs rolls...omg. Our new favorite neighborhood sushi resturant. Interesting location, small/quaint inside, A+++. We will be going back.

Lovely place, excellent service. Had the Shogun boat with 2 rolls ( chefs choice) I believe we received a 911 and a Hawaiian. The Hawaiian blew me away and truly everything was so fresh and yummy. Perfect rice. Would give 10 stars if I could ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Went on a Saturday night and it was pretty busy, so service was a little slow. It's a small place, however they did play upbeat. I order some deep fried oysters, mackerel(2 orders), and the spicy ramen😁. I was shocked that the Chef gave me and my friend free miso soup, and I don't know why but hey it's free! The server I had was a nice young man, and the Chef came to talk to us and she is very pleasant. I must say some of the best mackerel I've had. It's a little complex, but flavor was great. Larger portion than most places too.

Best sushi I've had in years!! The owner, Fei, is really personable! Great customer service, delicious food! I recommend the beef bowl & the Tootsie roll!! The prices are really good too, lunch for 2 people was under $30 before tip!

My husband and I went on a whim. We are SO glad we did. Literally every roll that we tried we audibly said "wow". Everything was delicious! The wait was extremely long - we were there for 2.5 hrs and only ordered 4 rolls and some edamame. It was just the one lady working. We would absolutely go again though. Make sure to bring a good conversationalist with you ;)
