Great little hidden gem. Iced coffee was perfect! The eggs benny was the best I've had! The staff/owner are so friendly, the name suits the spot, definitely makes you feel like your in your moms kitchen!
Service is amazing! And the food is to die for! Definitely a good place to go even if you are from Gloucester!
Got the veggie omelet with homefries and English muffin. A great variety of veggies that were cooked perfect. Homefries had a nice flavor and were cooked perfect and hot. All over great meal served hot. Love it!

The people there are awesome! I love the Muddica steak and the sausage sandwich. Breakfast is always delicious and the prices are very reasonable. When you're there you feel like family! Love this place!

My mum and I had the baked haddock dinner. It was wonderful. Everything that came out of the kitchen looked and smelled terrific. The service was excellent. Mom's kitchen is a cozy family style cafe full of good food and good people.

Mom's Special is healthy, protein packed with fresh veggies, and amazing spices. The over easy egg yokes always spill perfectly over my pancakes which are crisp around edges and fluffy in the center (sweet & salty).

What a wonderful find in our travels of the East Coast! From the old man coffee club to the upbeat servers, it was a sheer pleasure to dine here this morning. I wish I could eat breakfast here every day. Please order a grilled breakfast roll
Great home-cooked style meal. Wonderful atmosphere. I just had a good all basic breakfast. The interior decorations make you feel right at home in this New England café. You can either sit inside or enjoy your meal and a few outside tables.
A real locals spot and good honest quality food. Service was very friendly and prompt, lots of menu options and a nice setting.

My husband and I came overnight to the Beauport Hotel for a wedding. We came here for breakfast early the next morning (it's right across the street from the hotel). Amy was our server and she was absolutely lovely. Super attentive and thoughtful.
We ordered a homemade grilled coffee roll (drool) - best one I've ever had. We also ordered the homemade hash bowl which was fantastic.

Went here for breakfast before going on a whale watch. It was busy with a longish wait (45 min), but the coffee roll alone was worth the wait. The corn beef hash was crispy and delicious, not too salty. The mom’s special was full of veggies and yummy. Good portion size for the price. Worth a visit!
We absolutely loved this place. Had breakfast here several times while on vacation and even stopped by one last time before we got on the road to head home. Huge portions and well priced. Service was excellent. Offered us coffee to go before we left. Couldn’t have been a better experience!

AMAZING Service! Amy and the whole crew are so friendly, helpful and wonderful. All 3 of us ordered the corned beef hash bowl. It was delicious! We ate outside. Endless refills on the coffee. Definitely coming here again!
This is a taste of home you maybe missing. This burger was way more then my appetite could eat but the seasoning and flavor was exceptional. The owners were there and so wonderful to chat with. A restaurant I will definitely visit again. Well done!
