Machaca - Gloucester - Photo album

Definately not your typical Mexican restaurant. The salsa was chunky and tasty. If the salsa isn’t good it’s a good indication the food isn’t. It was chunky and delicious. It was difficult to chose from the dinner choices they all sounded deliciously different. I got the dinner special Chili Enogada
I really liked this restaurant. It was busy when we went but we were seated quickly. Really good service, lots of food options, good vibe, and lots of fun!
Excellent mexican food and atmosphere! There were 6 of us and everyone enjoyed their meals, I had tacos and my wife had the burrito bowl, both great, The chips and salsa were brought out quickly and were delicious. The deserts were great, especially the flan! Excellent service as well.
Got the stuffed chili, which was amazing. The cheese dip is kind of thick, and more like corn chowder, but good none-the-less. The waiter was nice and spooky vibes, very nice place.
I think this is one of the funnest Mexican restaurants on the North Shore! It is small but very quaint and run by exceptional staff. The cooks prepare phenomenal authentic Mexican fare and the bartenders make the meanest Margaritas! The prices are reasonable too. I most definitely will be back! :)
Great place to eat! Employees are very friendly and helpful. The menu is more of an ‘esoteric’ type of Mexican food. Not a traditional type; includes various meats and fishes, including pork belly, tuna, and cactus. Great cocktails and special margaritas. More high top tables than regular, and a n
Honestly there isn’t better authentic Mexican food in all of the north shore, dare I say the whole Boston area! The food is top notch, the service is impeccable, and the tequila selection is hard to beat! Great job to everyone one there! Thank you!
A really pleasant dining experience. The food, service, and ambiance were all great. The only thing that wasn't excellent was the drinks, which were middle of the road.
Some of the absolute best Mexican food I've had, and with impeccable service! The Miguelito's Shrimps, the Poblano Chimichanga, the Adobo Taco, and the Churros were all incredibly delicious! A must try when you visit Gloucester!
Portions are reasonably sized and food is flavorful, although not particularly spicy. Fun atmosphere to drink and hang out.
