Never in my life have I ever ordered My usual Hazelnut coffee and blueberry muffin and the muffin actually come out FRESH AND WARM. Like this was right out the Oven or microwave but either way it was amazing! Gloucester Dunks on Washington street i think it was thank you!
Newer Dunkin'. People are mostly friendly, and the orders get a bit confusing. No numbers were given, which would help. Or at least a receipt. None offered. Otherwise, good place.
I'm there every day. The people that work there are awesome they're always so nice kind happy they never messed up my order they always have it ready for me which is a plus sometimes I'm in a rush I just want to run in and run out they're always smiling asking how my day is excetera there's nothing
If and when I can, I love going to this Dunkin Donut's. Here's why, the staff are incredibly nice and eager to help you. It is a very rare chance that they screw up your order. They also get sh*t done in a timely manner... I suggest this location over all others.
Great quality and friendly staff, but the drive-thru is a nightmare. You can't really tell until you pull into the line how many cars are in front of you, but by then you're trapped - there's no way to exit. If you go outside of busy times it's usually okay, but I've been stuck in that line for absu

Staff is very friendly! they ran out of ice decaf asked us to pull out front So they can made a fresh batch oh the only thing that bothers me is why they don't have any ice decaf at 4:00 or 5:00 in the afternoon.
Tip: For a Box-O-Joe, you have to go inside to pick it up, at least at the Gloucester Washington location next to the railroad.
My family believes this to be best location on the northeast! Drinks made to order and flavors do not disappoint!
This was the nicest, best tasting Dunkin's I've ever had. The service was exceptional. First Dunkin's I've seen with coffee on tap as well.
