It says temporarily closed but it looks permanently closed; they're taking down the signs. Too bad. I ordered the iced macchiato daily and they got it right every time, which often wasn't true of other locations. On the bright side, the Happy Humpback Cafe across the street will get more business
The matcha latte is excellent!

- High quality to price ratio
- Better than the Starbucks version and cheaper. Does not have immediate laxative effect
- Only disadvantage it is pre sweetened, so you cannot ask for Splenda instead of sugar
Good frozen coffees, the sriracha sandwich thing is a little weird but I recommend giving it a try!
