This one is different and they have taken deliberate steps to keep the druggies out. I feel bad for them that the city won’t do it’s job to keep citizens safe so the McDonald’s has installed magnetic locks on its bathroom that they engage to let you in. They had to do this because drug out people were coming in to use the bathroom and causing problems. Once the stoned realized they couldn’t use the bathroom they moved on to harass some other business. Addiction suck but by making their drug use easier, you are only keeping them trapped and hurting the rest of us. Good job Mickey D’Souza Oh and they have the steak egg and cheese bagel!!!!!

Why all the negative reviews? This place makes a 5 star Michelin restaurant look inferior! Started with valet parking of the Gods. Then upon entree They laid out a fancy tablecloth right in front of me and two super snooty French waiters in black suit and tie waited on me like I was the king of England. I had a super Big Mac, large fries, 10 piece nugs and a large 🥤 coke by candlelight while a old guy in 1940's getup played the Grand Piano classical style and they even let me.bring in my Snooty poodle 🐩, Precious. Highly recommend.

I feel silly leaving a review for a McDonald's but we really had a good experience here. The manager was so friendly, the place looked clean and the order was right - what more can you ask for. To make it better, my son was being picky about his happy mean toy and they were accommodating in switching it for the one he wanted.

Fast friendly service in a very clean location. It was about 1:30 in the afternoon. Dining room had about 25 people in it. Drive through had about 6 vehicles and was going smoothly. Special order took about 3 minutes to make and was done correctly

So mad just spent 20 bucks on cheeseburgers and French fires. Got 6 burnt smashed burgers. And my fries have no salt. Which is probably a good thing considering they forgot my drink!

It's not that I don't like McDonald's they just run out of stuff and the shake machine never works.

I walked in, and had to turn around and walk right out. It was DISGUSTING!! I counted over 30 individual flies at the lights above the cash register. If that is what customers can see, imagine what they can't! I never pictured the 7-11 next door as the cleaner option with regards to food!

I am homeless. I have been going in early in the morning and buying coffee, to stay warm. I mind my own business and keep quiet. There is this one Spanish girl that gives me trouble almost every time I go there. This morning, I wanted to use the restroom, while my friend was buying us coffee, refused to let me use the restroom and then commented on how long we spend there to drink the coffee. There are at least a dozen old men that have homes, that sit there and drink coffee and talk loud and get refills for hours, but they don't get yelled at or kicked out!!! But us homeless people, that just want a hot cup of coffee and to stay warm for a bit get harassed and kicked out!!! I hope she gets fired. It doesn't matter that I'm homeless, I am a customer, and just as important than any other customer!!! This is the way homeless people are treated at the Gloucester McDonald's on Maplewood Ave. in Gloucester!! Spread the word!! I'm also planning on calling the corporate office and her manager directly!!! I AM A HUMAN!!! I don't need to be treated like a piece of shit by McDonald's!!!
