The quality of the food at Ruby Tuesday is not in question. I ordered the new coconut shrimp appetizer, two burgers and the carrot cake for my family. Everything tasted fine. I ordered the food through the website and selected the option for curbside delivery. The website told me that the food would be ready in 12 minutes, which is shorter than it takes for me to drive there, so I left right away. When I got to the restaurant, I pulled into a curbside pick-up parking space and called the number as directed on the sign. I let the associate know the number of my parking space. He said okay and hung up. This was 19 minutes after I placed the order, so I thought the food would come right out. However, I waited 15 minutes and no food came out. I saw someone else go in and get their food, so I went in and there it was sitting in a bag at the bar getting cold. I asked the associate if they were indeed NOT doing curbside delivery and he confirmed that that was correct. No apology. I don't know what caused the disconnect. I felt badly for my husband, who had worked outside in the yard today and was hungry even before I placed the order, and he had to wait that much longer. It seems that this restaurant could notify the corporate office that they no longer offer curbside pick-up so that it's not an option, or at least change the sign outside. Even put a piece of paper over the sign instructing you to come in. Or if all else fails, the associate could have instructed me to come inside when I called. 🤷

This location was DISGUSTING. My husband and I wanted to grab a quick bite after a long drive and stopped in here to eat. We were greeted at the door by the pungent smell of mold and mildew. We were shown to our seat by a host and I thought I had stepped in something sticky because my shoes were squishing to the carpet. Come to find out my husbands shoes were doing it too. The entire carpet was covered in a thick sticky substance. The menus were gross and covered in a thick film of what appeared to be grease or something, and the table we were shown to was dirty. We immediately left the restaurant (which was completely empty save for one couple) and went somewhere else. If the first five minutes were that horribly unsanitary I would hate to see what the kitchen looked like or, perhaps scarier, what would have come out of the kitchen on our plates. Don’t eat here.

Don't get the zucchini. This is this the second time. Also salmon portions have been reduced. Applebees next time.

Salad bar was great. Service was wonderful. Kelly was fantastic & the whole staff were very friendly and very helpful.
It was nice to enjoy a RubyTuesdays again.
I wanted to add it was nice to have a meal without attitude.

6 booths open and we were told they were busy and there was going to be a 20 to 30 minute wait. An older lady came in behind 4 familys already waiting and got seated in one of the open booths right away. Took another 15 mins to be seated and even longer to see our server. We had to get our own menu's from up front.

servers are always super friendly, and every manager experience i've ever had has been nothing but positive! Ashlee and Brooke are who I regularly see and have always been nothing but kind, quick and happy! Love it here :)

My office ordered lunch here today. The 2 orders of blackened chicken quesadillas were not blackened at all. And the order of chicken and broccoli tasted off. The chicken tasted like fish. Plus, the order was made with a pick up time of noon and we had to wait 25 minutes to get the food. Completely unimpressed! I won't bother with this restaurant again.

The Hickory Bourbon Pork Chop dinner was fabulous! The waiter was very courteous and helpful to ensure my meal met my expectations. The restaurant was not overly crowded for a Sunday evening meal so it was a very pleasant dinner. I enjoyed it very much. Ruby Tuesday of Gloucester has always provided a wonderful meal in a great atmosphere. It is so nice to have someplace to eat a nice meal that is not a fast food eatery.

I went in to pick up an order and an equipment problem led to part of our meal needing to be substituted unexpectedly. All the staff I encountered (appeared to be 3 managers plus bar/wait/kitchen staff on a busy Friday night!) was exceptionally considerate and made sure to check on me often while I waited. They handled things perfectly and really took care of the situation! Thanks for everything, Gloucester Ruby Tuesdays!

Had a BOGO free coupon, ordered two burgers. One arrived with a latex glove under the bun and lettuce. When we showed the waiter, he goes and gets the manager, who was so apologetic and said "your burger is free". We finish lunch and the waiter brings the check,which should have been zero, but no, we are charged for a burger, how can that be? We ask for the manager again and her response was "well when I said you got the burger with the latex glove for free, I didn't know you had a BOGO coupon." I'm sorry, what difference does that make, her employee left the glove in my sandwich? We paid the bill, but we won't go back. That $9.00 burger cost that manager two customers who went there regularly, we'll go next door to Applebee's instead.

Slow service, food took forever to arrive. Slow night would understand if they were busy...food definitely not worth the wait. ..
Wish they would open a Texas roadhouse in Gloucester. ..
This place needs a big do over...must be poor management or lack of ....

Terribly slow service on a night with a dining room less than half filled . Very disappointed! I got a burger and my husband ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich. Nothing complicated and it shouldn't have taken so long. The waitress said that they only had "two cooks tonight." I doubt that we will go back.

Nice salad bar, nice service. Lots of combos and coupons readily available that help with costs. Not too expensive, but could be considered a higher priced venue.
