The staff is usually very nice and sweet, but they are very slow there! I've been going there for over 3 years now only because it's closer to my house. I usually try to go to the Kroger Starbucks in Hayes because they make my drink better there. The Gloucester starbucks never makes my Caramel macch

I was totally unhappy with my last purchase here. They used little ½&½, mostly milk and topped it off with hot water, NO foam. I ordered a decaf latte-breve. Don't believe it was decaf either. Not enough staff and they are horribly overworked. Will be my last time there...the worst Starbucks ANYWHER

Horrible service at the drive thru. Half hr wait. New barrista thrown into hell. I feel sorry for the employees there. Tough job. Probably explains the rapid turn over. Going inside the store from now on.
