I came to the location on 6/18/22,,I purchased 3 Whoppers ,fries and a cheeseburger ..The manager who was at the drive thru window was very nice and was a pleasure to have dealt with,,the food I ordered was all hot,,fresh and I could not be happier with my families meal,,the Whoppers all had nice fresh lettuce,onion,tomato and looked as good as they tasted,,the children and I were all very happy and I cant say again the food was just so good and fresh,,,I also do not usually like french fries from a drive thru but even the fries were very hot and not too salty,,,so,,,a wonderful meal and this Gloucester location is my favorite of all Burger KIng locations,,thank you for a yummy dinner for my family and I will be back ~
Went there tonight and the crew and management on duty were on point with service, they were fast, professional and, very friendly greeting me when I come in and telling me to have a good night when I left. My food is also hot and tasty. I appreciate the kindness, especially when it is very busy. It was a great overall experience.

Reggie was awesome this morning, extremely polite and gave me a free apple pie. He is the perfect example of customer service. He will be the manager of something one day.
Went through the drive through order 2 shoppers waited for 15 minutes to get my food
Restaurant is severely understaffed but kudos to the employees for putting a sign out to let the customers know the situation and still working hard to make sure we can enjoy our Whoppers!
