I goto this Wendy’s often, or I had been today will be the last time. In the picture this was found in the fries. I was told by the manager that they had no idea what it could be. Neither could I. I was told they weren’t responsible for the food once it left the window, so by saying that it was implied that I put whatever is in the picture in the fries. Awesome!

The drive through service was not good , messed up our order twice. And it sucks that you can't just go in to rectify the problem. You have to get back in line

We stopped going to this location on lunch because they got our food wrong nearly every time. But I went yesterday to get a Frosty because McDonald's soft-serve machine was "being cleaned" (on a 90 degree day at high noon...) and was pleasantly surprised that the drive-thru was super friendly and fast.

I I love Wendy's but tonight went to Wendy's and the truck driver was there so I couldn't get up to the drive-thru window I understand that so I go inside the door is unlocked and the employess are standing around.I asked one guy if their closed and he said I'm not sure I'll ask someone else and then she said yes well the door's unlocked so evidently you all are still open so they refuse me service I can get service through the drive-thru but I can't come in and get this food to go. If the door is open to a restaurant or store and a customer walks in you're still supposed to serve them. very diassapointed

Very disappointed. Went thru the drive thru on Wednesday afternoon. Had to repeat order 3 times. Get order and still it was wrong. Maybe if the staff stops clowning around and start doing their job this wouldn't be an issue. between order wrong and cold food. Worse experience.
