Stopped in my way to work for a chicken biscuit. Got to work and opened up this. It is burnt looking and smells like nasty oil. Your quality control sucks! Third time I have stopped at this location and something has been wrong with my order. Step it up! I will not be returning.
Chicken is always amazing. But the cute little heart biscuits set it over the top today. It was so cute of hardee's to do that for valentine's day.

Chicken tenders were cold..fortunately I tasted them b4 I got out of the parking lot. Returned them & I think they just threw them in some hot oil & gave them back to me because they were hard. This was my first time at Hardee's..I'll skip a return visit

Waited almost 15 minutes for someone to take my order, more than 5 people saw me, not one bothered to acknowledge me; example "hi, we'll be with you in just a minute" no apology for the 15 minute wait, rude customer service from who I assume was part of management. Ruth the older lady at the drive thru, short, glasses and a long ponytail. She needs to be somewhere else, where she has no customer contact what so ever.
