Pizza was delicious, the tea was delicious and the service was on point! We went on a Friday for lunch and didn't have to wait to be seated. Buffet is always best so that's what we got. They had all the makings for a delicious salad as well. I had to get a tea to go since I enjoyed it so much!
Pizza 🍕 is 🔥...super yummy 😋 & cooked in wood fire oven!! Had the all you can eat pizza & salad for $14. They put a bottle of local clove honey on your table to enjoy on pizza crust! Hesitant to try at first, but pleasantly surprised!! Several pizza choices & they also take special request. They are also famous for different Bloody Mary's! On my bucket list to try next time I eat here...
Absolutely terrific pizza. Google didn't let us down on this one. The service was amazing from the moment we walked into the door until we left. The menu was a little intimidating, but seemed pretty safe with any way we went (and it was). The price was really reasonable.
In a word WOW. Echoing a good many of the posts. Only place in Golden on a wait. We know because we had a chance to walk the city prior to our table being ready. Was expecting normal pizza buffet fare but Woodys far exceeded my high expectations. Any type of pizza you could imagine was on buffet. The pizza chefs even took requests. I tried pizza types I would've never ordered. They were all excellent both in cook and use of fresh toppings/sauces. The salad bar had just the right amount of fixings along with homemade croutons. Didnt care for the soup of the night but that was a personal preference (potato cheese). Even though there was lag time in available pizza at times the music and atmosphere made up for it. It was also good to see patrons heeding the 2-3 slice at a time rule. Our server was excellent. Oh try the honey on crust. Not for everyone but i enjoyed it. Will definitely be back next time I'm in area.
My adult children, my wife and I visited this pizza restaurant last night and really enjoyed our dining experience. One of our sons had been here many times, but it was everyone else's first time here. The outside of the restaurant was nicely decorated, we had to wait one full hour before we were seated! (6:30-7:30pm wait), the place was packed with people, our server was friendly, efficient and fast, the menu had a wide variety of choices, our large pizzas were fantastic! (they provide honey to put on your pizza crusts), the men's restroom was very small and decently clean, and they were cool about us having a fun family dinner together for 2 hours without making us feel we needed to leave. You've gotta check out this golden nugget of a pizza restaurant, well-known in the area for their excellent pizza nestled in historic, downtown Golden, CO near Rt. 6, 470, & I-70!
Some of the best wings ever. Any time we are traveling around the Denver area we make the drive over to Woody's. The pizza is fantastic and all you can eat. The wings are on a whole nother level. I am not a big fan of Buffalo sauce but whatever they are doing with that sauce it is perfect. The restaurant can get busy so expect a wait During lunchtime. It's worth it.

Fun atmosphere and service. Beer cheese soup and garlic knots are excellent. Funky Buddha pizza is pretty good, though not as flavorful as promised. Would go again.
First time here, this place is amazing! So clean. Workers are nice. This is the best place to go to eat burgers, wings, and pizza! They have a salad bar to. Amazing definitely coming here again!!!! *if you want the best server ask for Mathew he is an amazing employee and so kind I really appreciate it*!!
