Guessing that the owner is a Greenbay Packers fan who loves the flavors of Louisiana...but there were lots of pub style food options on the menu as well. I love Bleu cheese burgers. But this one just didn't hit the spot. It was a bit too greasy for my liking, but if that's your thing then this place is for you. The fries were delicious though! Service and atmosphere were great too!

Everything was great. The waitress brought out a water bowl for our dog straight away and was perfectly attentive without checking in too much. The food was also incredible. Strongly recommend the Sangre De Christo burger, which is very possibly the best burger I've had in Denver.
