I don’t have enough words to describe how much I love this place. Most of the employees are incredibly friendly and easy to talk with. The environment is always welcoming, playlists are always spot on, and the food is so good. Plus they have so many plants that are impossible not to buy!!! Love this

We stopped here in 2020 and loved this place. Since then, the sandwiches (very expensive BTW) have decreased significantly in quality, which is incredibly disappointing for what you pay in price. On this occasion we ordered two breakfast burritos, coffees, and a sandwich, and waited over 20 minutes
Went in at the later hour of their business hours. The team happily whipped up 4 sandwiches for my friends and I. They were delicious and well made - with a few minutes left if their shift. Francis, Alexis, and Zoe were friendly with great work ethic. Such a wonderful first impression of Launch.
