Disappointing customer service.
We go here almost daily for snacks as it is a short walk from home, and we regularly get gas there. Today my Wife and Daughter bought two drinks and picked up four extra straws to share at home and the clerk became nasty and told her that he was going to charge her $2.00 for extra straws! She described the clerk to me and I knew immediately who he was, as I have seen him being pretty rude to customers in the past. I especially remember him being rude towards two non-English speaking Mexican customers and I remember being quite surprised to see that type of behavior, so I wasn't surprised to hear it was him. My Wife called to complain and asked for the clerks name and he refused. The clerk told her that the Manager saw her on camera take the four straws. Wow, excellent security work and great job loosing regular customers over a few cents worth of straws. Are straws really that important to your business? Good luck with that business model! We will not step foot there again or get any gas at 7-11, as there are plenty of other places to spend money and be treated with respect. I am forwarding this review on to 7-11 Corporate.

This store is lacking quite a bit. Its winter and theres thingsyou should always have, but instead, you're always out. 1, Hot food is rarely ready in the early a.m. 2, There is never any windshield washer fluid. 3 You have no window cleaner out at pumps and no squeegees. These are things that you just have to have in my opinion to have a successful store. I come to this store every morning for nearly 2 years and it took me a long time before I wrote this to see if it would change any.

Stopped to get gas around 10 pm after a really long, hard day. REALLY wanted a big, hot cup of coffee and this was the last stop before heading into the mountains. There were FIVE Orange-topped coffee pots COMPLETELY EMPTY and cold, and one green topped pot with about a cups worth of burnt, brown sludge in it. The cashier was behind the counter playing on his cell phone. He REFUSED to make more coffee and told me I could either get a cup of the burnt brown sludge or get something from the machine that offered Mocha or hot chocolate. I asked for the manager; he said he WAS the manager, so I asked for the owner and he said he WAS the owner (highly doubtful as he was a twenty-something kid…but who knows?) I lost it.
I stop at this 7/11 frequently on my way up the hill, and while I have generally found it acceptable, I have never been very impressed with the cashiers. Perhaps they are not being paid well, but they never seem to want to be very helpful.
Guess I’ll have to find another gas and coffee stop from now on…

By far the best 7-Eleven I have shopped at in a very long time! This store is very clean and well organized. The employees are extremely friendly and accommodating too. All 7-Eleven stores should strive to be as well put together and maintained as this one is as they've really got things right here!

Whoever is running the cashier around 8:15 on 10/13/21 needs to be investigated by management. He overcharged me for a taquito, 3 instead of 2. When I politely asked him to explain, he printed the receipt and slammed it on the counter like I had done something out of line. “ look at the discounts, next!” Was his response to me simply wondering what happened on the transaction. There were still three charges on there so not sure what he was talking about. Wish I had saved the receipt and uploaded the picture here but instead I crunched it up and threw it behind his counter. A follow-up to this would be much appreciated because I wasn’t about to be late over a $1.59 but that behavior is unacceptable.

I love this 7-11! Always clean, always polite, and has one of the best coffee stations you will find anywhere. The coffee is fresh, the pots are full, and there is a huge selection of creamers and toppings to satisfy whatever your coffee tastes may be! A banner store!

Just went there on 07/24 a 7:30 pm. The guy working there didn't even speak to me as I went to the counter because he was watching TV on his phone. After he rung me up he still didn't speak to me or even look at me. No thank you no notice of my existence what so ever. Just watching his telephone TV. HEY 7 11 can I come get a job to watch TV and be rude to ur customers. I live by here but will never go back. Dude go home and watch TV and at least look up when a customer steps up to pay.
