The perfect dining experience for us, knowing there was no wait service. We placed our order with the nice man at the register, poured our drinks at the service area, and sat down. I would not say the wait was short, but it was most definitely worth it. My son had a hamburger which he said was delicious. I had the ahi salad, and I was glad I ordered the smaller one since, otherwise, it might take me a week to finish eating it. 😅 IT. WAS. SO. GOOD! From the delicious dressing to the various ingredients, it was absolute culinary perfection. Plus, we were able to refresh our drinks as we needed to, rather than having to wait for already overworked wait staff to do it.
Kyle's Kitchen in the Fairview Center is good! I was kind bummed that they took away one of my fave burgers, but they did go out of their way with an unconventional ask. I wanted a burger without the bun - "protein style". The cashier didn't think it could be done, but he went back and asked just the same. It was a good burger, but I miss the Fire Engine burger with the crispy, thin onion rings on the top.
What I really like about Kyle's is they care about the community they are in. They give tons of money to worthwhile charities in the Santa Barbara /Goleta cities. They're amazing!
Dinning at Kyle's is always a pleasure. The food is tasty and the staff is friendly. Excellent and healthy salad or juicy burger is a difficult choice. I'll pick one on this visit and the other next visit.
Food:
Mountain climber is good. It has a slight kick. The brioche bun is very soft. All the ingredients seem to mix well with the burger. Their tomato soup is delicious. I would go here for just the soup alone. Their fries are good. Not the best fries I had ever had. The cookies are hard. If you are into hard cookies. I prefer soft cookies. The ice tea was refreshing and the lemonade was super sour to me.
Service:
The service is quick. They get your food quick, however they forgot my drink twice. This is where they need to work on. Ruben, the second cashier had rectify the drink problem for us by offering cookies for our troubles. The first cashier had offer us food recommendation. The bust guy had excellent service. He got me a to go box.
Seating:
There are booths and tables indoor. The outdoor has plenty of space. Indoor was not available during COVID.
Amenities:
There is restroom available and parking is plentiful and free. The restroom is exceptionally clean. There is free wifi. Music plays indoor only.
When I go see my mom in Goleta we almost always go to Kyle's, they have really good hamburgers. If you don't eat meat, they have the most bomb salads. Some with meat & some without. I love the cowboy salad & they have two locations to serve you. 😋 Lol
