The Manager Serena is absolutely true gem she is the sweetest person. I give her a 10 + on rating meeting and exceeding all my expectations in a truly compassionate, caring, and exceeding all areas of true customer service. She goes above and beyond to give customers excellent service.

Finally tried the custard concretes, OMGOODNESS, so good! This Sonic location is definitely one of the best!
Servers were EXTREMELY kind. Me and a friend went to get some drinks at sonic and our car started acting up and steaming. Thankfully the AMAZING workers came out and immediately started helping us. About 3 different people helped us out and we made it home safely thanks to them.
I like the area it’s in, and honestly, every time I’ve gone, I haven’t had a long wait like the one on Gallatin Pk. I always order with the app, and every time I’ve gone in the last couple months, I’ve gotten fresh tots or fries every time. It’s about as good as it gets for a Sonic. They do not have a drive thru, but there’s no room to expand for one.
We ordered two doubles and got two singles. Everything else was good, but the person making the burgers needs better attention to details.
The place was busy when we arrived, so delivery took a little longer than usual. We also discovered an annoying feature of the Sonic app: it won’t allow two people using the app separately to check in to the same car slot.
Fortunately, the server was great. She warned us in advance about the service times, and delivered both orders to our car even though one was officially a pickup.
Friendly even after 500 customer's. But, Please be Patient if you want Fast food prepared the way you want it. Everything has a cook time. If you have to wait 5 minutes then wait 5 minute's or go to another Fast food restaurant that may say "Your way" Everyone is treated as equals here even if it takes 10 minute's. Any Aobic ice cream creation is a must! Onion Rings are really good, however, I recommend eating them HOT!
Friendly quick service with fresh food
Always a nice experience at Sonic. I take my dog there often so she and I can share a snack. The Carhops are always friendly and the service is always really fast and the food is awesome!
When I got to this location I was a little skeptical due to them not having a drive through. It’s all parking spots next to the speaker box. I have never seen a sonic without a drive through before. Well I pulled up to the speaker box, placed my order and I would say maybe 4 minutes later I had my food and a milkshake. Every time I’ve gotten a milkshake from sonic before it takes at least 10 minutes. I mean the one by my house (in South Carolina) one time took literally 45 minutes to make a simple order and I was literally the only customer there. Idk what this location has going on inside, but they are killing it! Plus the food was delicious. Definitely the best sonic I have ever been to hands down. Keep up the great work!
I order in the app and they always have it ready when I get there, very friendly carhops even when they are slammed in the mornings!
Overall this location is pretty good as far as quality and service. My only complaint is that my limeade tasted like soda water; and they kindly remade it, but even the second one tasted the same. A one time fluke.
I’ll still be back, though. The staff is friendly and the orders are always made correctly!
The nicest most friendly people at a restaurant as I've ever been to you. Faster than Jimmy Johns even, getting your food to you. Best service ever with Sue. Gotta love that lady, she's awesome!!
Glad to see that our location has been able to be open more regularly. Burgers are tasty, as usual. The 1/2 price drinks in the app are a good deal! Service is quick and friendly.
Food was hot and fresh.. They need away to tip the sonic employees for bringing our food for credit cards
We just had a late dinner - my husband wanted chicken, and I wanted onion rings. We first went to the chicken place down the street. The lady who waited on us talked on the phone the entire time. We were given a terse "pull around" and were hardly acknowledged. In contrast, the lady at Sonics was pleasant, smiling, rushed our order out to us, and told us she had added catsup to our order (without being asked). We'll be back...to Sonic!
