Our favorite place to get a cheeseburger. Their fries are excellent too. I know some feel the location is a bit sketchy but we've never had a problem. They also appear to be trying to get a good customer service experience with either the automated voice ordering or someone remotely from I assume their home office. Sometimes service is slow but almost always good.
The food was good. I noticed that you have to go through to the drive through to get any food, though. The lady at the window was nice. However, the robotic ai taking my order caught me off guard. While the food was good, the food was not great. Pickles tasted a bit weird and as I ate the burger, it had a slight sour taste to it. Four stars instead of three because the fries alone were amazing and fresh. However four stars instead of five because of the sour taste of the burger and the robotic voice taking my order.

This Checkers is in a location at which you would think they would stay slammed, however they are generally not too packed and it's easy for everyone to get in and out fairly quick. My most recent experience at this location was ok, nothing great or wonderful to really boast about, but sufficient enough. I was a walk-up, and I only had to wait a short few minutes before I was greeted and had my order taken. The employee that took my order was nice and informative. She seemed to be very knowledgeable on the products she was selling. I had no trouble ordering at all. I waited only a short time to receive my food, and my order was made correctly, although the burger was thrown together in a big mess. My fries were unfortunately barely warm, really, they just short of being cold..... Which was a major let down, as they are always my favorite part of my Checkers meal, and ultimately my whole reason for going to get dinner there. Beyond that I was happy with the cost of the food and give props to Checkers for still keeping their prices low without sacrificing their meal portions or altering their menu drastically like so many other establishments have in the last few years.

I love the Fries! Today however was a nightmare. First we were in line for over 20 minutes. When we finally received our food we pulled into a parking spot to make sure we had everything and sure enough....No Fries! The main reason I came...🤨
We had to walk back up to the window and wait for them to make our fries. More time standing waiting again. They did give us bigger size fries for the mistake making our order right. Guess they just had a bad day.

Food was excellent... really. We were surprised. I'd give it 6 stars.... but the service was so incredibly slow it was almost unbearable.... like 20 minutes in the takeout line with only 2 cars ahead of you. That kind of slow. And then the order was wrong so we had to wait again. But they were extremely apologetic and even gave us more tenders for our trouble. But.... like I said. The food was really, really good. We had chicken tenders and fries. Surprisingly good. And we're picky lol. Gonna give it another shot.

My kids like this place but I don't. Always have to wait to make an order if you make a mistake too bad it's a pain in the b....to make changes. Too much technology for me.
My husband and I went to checkers a couple days ago and our food was good and hot. The lady at the drive thru window was very polite and professional
By far the best fast-food burgers in the business. Served at the Madison restaurant very fresh and very fast. Nothing you can say bad about checkers
