Extremely slow service. Ordered on app, which said pizza would be ready in 25-30 minutes. 56 minutes later, it is still not ready. Store is too small for the volume of orders they take. They need to either expand, or slow down on the volume of orders since they can’t keep up.

Placed an order @ 9:40 and at 10:40 they cancelled my order, I’m assuming they didn’t want to make it, I’m going to call corporate and thanks for me not eating tonight
Ordered at 1810 and it is now 1907. The automated system says my pizza is still being made and if you call and press 5 to speak to a real person, it just hangs up the call. I guess lousy service is the new normal.
I love the thin crust pizza. The kids tear up the cheese bread. Good prices and specials. Very friendly service.
