Update and Review Edit: I just spoke with Charlene and one of the day bartenders. Both women incredibly nice and apologetic. I was refunded my money no questions asked after speaking about the events of last night. Thank you sapphires of goose creek for taking your patrons and reviews seriously. A+ customer service. You have renewed my faith in your establishment and I appreciate how you handled this situation promptly and professionally. Let me start this review by saying, I USED TO LOVE THIS BAR! I have been a patron of sapphires since it first opened in goose creek many many years ago. Tonight was the absolute worst. I’d also like to add that I myself am in food and beverage since the 90s and I understand and know how bars and restaurants work and typically the last person to complain. After a long day at work I wanted to pick up a quick to go order to bring home for my families dinner. Let me also start with the fact I ordered wings, a burger, prime rib bites, vegetables and spring rolls at a total of $68.89!!! As far as the quality, I don’t even know where to begin with how bad this decision turned out. Should I start with the charge for every box I took out? Do I mind a to go charge? No I don’t but to charge me for every box that’s a little ridiculous. Should I start with my 20 wings that 17 of them were drums and 3 were flats? One would think there would be an equal mix. Or how about my well done burger that was cold and raw in the inside. Or my fried vegetable appetizer that was barely grilled? Or maybe I should start with my prime rib bites I was charged for but only received bread and an jus?? How about my 45 minute ticket time? The only thing that was correct was my double order of spring rolls. When all of this was brought to my waitresses attention was it fixed well some of it was, I received my prime rib bites and fried vegetables (after an additional 20 minutes) was I offered a discount or anything taken off my bill? Nope sure wasn’t. The waitress even told me the owner was there and she had told him about the situation. Now I’m not looking for a free meal but on a slow Sunday night this is just ridiculous to have to wait that long and deal with that many mistakes and yet I still tipped my waitress and did not cause a scene like many others would have, yet have no manger at the very least apologize. I love supporting small businesses and like to keep my money supporting mom and pop establishments but I can assure you I will never spend another $70 in sapphires after the horrid quality of food I received tonight.

Anytime I'm near Charleston, I make it a point to stop in for the delicious food, great company and always good sports!!

We were visiting family and asked about a local place to eat,,well we found it. I hope we get another chance to eat again as we were very happy with service and the food was great,,even ran into family there. If you haven't tried the place and live in the area give it a try you'll be glad we were.

Came here for the wings. Tons of flavors but only one flavor allowed for 10 wings, 2 for 20 and so on. Would have loved to be able to try multiple flavors. Photos are Parmesan peppercorn. Not my favorite sauce but the well cooked wings pulled the weight. Also had the beef/pork spring rolls and pretzel, all were great.

. 75 wing night! Great flavor with crispy salad, delicious. Location was busy but food brought to the table quickly! Wings were bourbon flavored😋 Great service as always!

Laid back atmosphere with simple food that just tastes great. Would definitely come back again given the opportunity.

Best wings in the city! customer service is always excellent! Huge drink selection no matter my mood i can find a cocktail! I frequent here and have never had a less then awesome experience today i had some wings and tuna delightful as usual

The atmosphere was fun and we were welcomed right away. The music was good and not loud. I had the best Buffalo chicken wrap. I ordered fries with it and I had it tossed in the medium wing sauce. Whew. It was spicy but very flavorful and then the heat was calmed with ranch dressing. We had traveled a lot that day and it was a great place to end our day.

Cheese curds are delicious. I also had a philly cheesesteak and it was really good. Nice little bar and grill! On the outside it looks closed but come on in to give it a try.

The night we went the air conditioner was not working but they have plenty of outside seating that was better than inside the waitress was awesome being very informative and checking on us often. I definitely recommend .

Very friendly bartender!! The chicken tendies were also great I got the Creekphire sauce and it did not disappoint
