Drive thru was super busy, went Inside for a to go order. Everything was noticeably clean. Cashiers were pleasant. Quick easy service. I have always loved DQ since I was a kid. This stop did not disappoint!

I visit the Dairy Queen Grill & Chill in Goose Creek, SC often on my way home from work. They have amazing burgers and ice cream! I always go through the drive through and have rarely had a bad experience with the staff. My orders are always correct. I usually get a Single Deluxe and it ALWAYS tastes amazing! I highly recommend Dairy Queen to anyone looking for a great tasting burger!

Food 5 stars. Double stackers were great best onion rings ive had at a fast food place in many years. Pumkin pie Blizzard was a seasonal best flavor beating out Arby's seasonal Peach milkshake

Inside condition. 2 stars. We had to wipe down our table and looking around there are other tables with condiments on them or red number placards. 6 person table seats are torn and taped over. Out of lids for medium drinks at the soda machine area. The "Score Deals" sticker on the table is pealing up it should just be removed
Overall you would have scored better if I went through the drive thru and didn't see the inside

Food was great as usual and the service was very fast. We ordered our desserts and they got to us before we could even sit down! One thing about being a parent is that you get to see the bathroom of every place you visit lol :)There in lies my one complaint the bathrooms needed some attention. Good visit bathrooms aside.

Thank you for making the most amazing birthday cake for my son!! He LOVED it! I let them know it was fortnite themed just so they knew what colors to do and they went above and beyond adding the custom graphic. The blizzard cake was also delicious!

We waited an hour in drive thru with orders per car lasting 20 minutes at the window. When we got our order our blizzards were soupy and seeping out. The cashier took too long with our card behind the window. When she finally opened the glass she said she got distracted by someone inside. She played it off by asking if she gave us our spoons. I will never come here again. It was a waste of time and money.

Drive-thru... from the time I ordered til I got to the window was 10 minutes. When I got there, my drink AND my sundae were sitting in the window. Then, I paid, my drink and Sunday were handed to me, and it was another 10 minutes for the burger and fries...which were lukewarm. If I ever go there again, I'll go in and probably stick to ice cream or Orange Julius. :/

The most unprofessional staff. I don't want to bring my kids somewhere and have to listen to the stuff cuss constantly and hand each other cigarettes. It doesn't matter if you are on your break, you are still representing the company. The server also looked annoyed at the very fact she had to walk a burger to our table. I had to say thank you twice to even be acknowledged. Will not be back.

They can careless about customer satisfaction... waited in the slowest drive thru line for 10 mins for them to say they're closed. And wouldn't honor my request to speak with a manager.. I won't be back to this location!

Today my daughter and I walking to there not to get food but to escape a man that had ran a stop sign and almost hit my car and was screaming at my friend and was walking charging at my car. . We walked in there and the manger and staff saw my face asked us if we anything. Gave us water and was so kind. She calm my daughter and me. This manager needs a raise, and award. She went out and beyond her out of her way for three strangers. We go there on Fridays food was hot, fresh, and tasted great.Thank you. First time I have been to the Dairy Queen in Goose Creek. Food prepared well, hot and the server very friendly. Checked back with us half-way to see how everything was and before we finished, asked if we were ready for our dessert. On a scale of 1-10, I would give it a 9.

We just left.... there is a tall young guy at the register who is so bored he is constantly leaning on the register. That is when there is no interaction with the girl next to him. Then there is a bunch of people at the register and the guy can't help anybody because he is busy talking to a co-worker who is standing where the customers stand and is not moving. Ridiculous..... the music was a bit loud and not the kind of music you expect to be listening to during dinner. IMO... the workers are too young and most too inmature. Management needs to get control. Sonic from now on.

People here are very incompetent. Twice, 2 years in a row, they have screwed up my birthday cake. One putting the wrong blizzard topping on switching it with salted caramel when I can't even have salt. Two being they got the wrong decorations on it. I love the fact that they show little to no apologies to their customers. I will not be coming back again.

The food was absolutely delicious but I really can't say much for the service. I think they need to be a little more on the friendly side to improve the atmosphere of what you're eating. a good atmosphere and good food is definitely great and goes hand-in-hand
