Went to the location in goose creek a few weeks ago. And was very impressed. Lately fast food hasn’t been fast. But I was greatly surprised that after paying my food was immediately handed to me! Great service and fast! Highly recommend! Their brisket sandwich did not disappoint l! Delicious!!!
Shonda deserves a promotion & a raise! She was kind, helpful & patient. I'll come back every time we grocery shop next door as long as she's working. The only downfall was my sandwich wasn't made correctly, but that was an easy fix. Shonda's great attitude is not only what I would want as a customer, but as a coworker as well. Arby's should be incredibly thankful for her.
I tried something new today. I usually stick to what I know I like but chose to get something different today. I got the French dip with curly fries and the Mac n cheese bites. If you have never had the Mac n cheese bites , I'm sorry for you! Lol they are delish . The curly fries were cold , oh well but the sandwich . So sad when I opened it it smelled like one of those sandwiches you get from the gas station and. Heat in the microwave . The bread tasted that way also . It wasn't bad it just wasn't good either. Bread was soggy . I like soggy bread but this was chewy soggy if that even makes sense. Anyway deff will stick to my brisket sandwich or turkey sandwich. Had root beer to drink . Did not disappoint either. Service was not bad but nothing to write home about . Place got busy as we were leaving. .. must be doing something right!
I have not had a bad meal from this Arby's. Everything is fresh, delicious and hot. And the service is great.
This is the best location in Charleston area. I love the food and the staff!! Shot out to Ms.Jennifer who I meet this evening ♡ I Believe she's a manager and she really knows how to run that kitchen!! All the staff were so friendly.

Good food, clean restraunt, though they do need to fix the front drink machine .
A good coupon will get you more food than two can eat for under $15. But damn, I can only stand so much curly fries! The deal usually includes 2 sandwiches, 4 sliders and 4 fries. Including drinks for dine in and you're around $20 for 2 people. But you can bring home enough for a snack for 2 again. An air fryer works wonders on left over French fries! Staff and dining area are always friendly, clean and well stocked with condiments.

Looking at the elephant in the room. With so many restaurants having a tough time coming off the pandemic. Employees shortage, increase food prices. It was a nice feeling just sitting inside of a restaurant ....be treated well by the employees and have a great meal in a clean restaurant

I had ordered the buffalo wings. And the sauce was not good at all. Couldn't finish them. The ranch seems to have a ton of dill in it. And I know the store can't do anything for either of these things. I tried it and didn't like it.
Now I will say the guy at the front counter was super nice. Also the store was very clean.
So despite the food not being very good. They did pretty well. My hubby liked his food. I think the buffalo wings need some work.
