Cindy is amazing!! She's always so personable with her customers and she knows all of the regulars that come in. I only go if Cindy is working even my kids love her!

This was my first visit to this location since moving to Goose Creek. They didn't have the particular donuts that I wanted, however, they did offer a couple of similar alternatives. Now keep in mind, it was mid morning and some Dunkin locations sell several dozens early. The coffee was hot and fresh! Yet, it was the customer service that was the best part of this visit. They politely greeted each customer that walked in and engaged in conversation with each person with a smile! I would definitely recommend this location!
We were visiting the area and needed some good iced coffee, so of course, I found the DD.
The person taking the orders was not at all pleasant in her responses over the speaker. When I asked for something they didn't have, she could have been nicer about it. I love Dunkin, and the coffees were perfect.
What else can we get for you is a much nicer response than "anything else."
Also, last I checked, receipts should be given for all transactions.
Honestly one of the best Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to! The donuts are always soft & the drinks are always made to perfection!
Every day before work they are my go to. I normally do the mobile order and go through the drive through. This morning while running errands, I decided to grab my favorite drink. Line through the drive through was super long. So I decided to just go inside. Those ladies and that one gentleman were busting their tails. Super polite and helpful. I get it’s easy to be kind of impatient, but trust me they are working really hard and still remaining super polite. Thank you to all of them for their hard work and smiles on their faces.
Btw the hashbrowns with the jalapeño cheese sauce, and bacon is absolutely amazing!!
The price of corn finally went down 50. An ear this weeks corn is so sweet imo
Great coffee! Great atmosphere, awesome merchandise, delicious donuts and a selection to choose from, delicious coffee! Coffee is better than Starbucks and if you are in the lobby you get free refills. Plus they have free Wi-Fi an outdoor seating with umbrellas.
This Dunkin had the best food. It was fresh and not overcooked. The cashier had issues understanding our order. I had to repeat it like 4 times.
Always amazing customer service, coffee is consistently perfect. I’ve been going to this location for over a year now and it’s rare to have a bad experience.
I think my wife and mother inlaw go to this dunkin everyday lol I'm there myself for them every Saturday and Sunday great people great service highly recommend!
The staff, esp the miss on the mic, was super helpful with my order (I had never been to Dunkin’ before, shocker I know) but it was my coworkers birthday so I was getting drinks and donuts. She helped me figure out what to get, super patient and kind. That’s so rare these days but it makes the world a better place. She deserves a raise but no idea what her name is. It’s Tuesday morning 1-25-22 (0815) so if her boss sees this, please praise her for making this place great.
