I was going to give it a low rating because they got my order wrong and I called several times to let them know but no answer then they took it off the hook. I went back the next day and the manager he spoke to me and made my order over and apologized and explained about the short staff and apologiz

Lights were off, looked closed. Saw lights and people inside, so went around to place order. Got order placed, came around to pay, and all the lights come on then. I ordered a bunch of food over $60 worth. Waited maybe 3 or 4 minutes and got it all correct and hot. Was delicious.

The food that I ordered the family four pack wasn't enough to feed one. I would have come out better getting four individual meals for 44 bucks. It was only enough to feed two people. The line was a long wait and it was just an unpleasant experience and the food was average. Not anything to brag abo

A family favorite! We've been going to the Captain D's in Goose Creek for 20+ years. The drive-thru IS always busy, and you have to wait a little while. But there's a reason it stays busy! Gave a 5 stars because the Mgr came out to explain why the drive thru line was slow. It was due to a car broken down at the window. We didn't feel like waiting but we appreciate the way he came to each car to explain what was happening.

My food was piping hot and cooked fresh to order. I don't mind the wait when it's like that. The young man at c the window was very courteous and helpful.

Today visit was amazing..Customer service was awesome and pleasant the employees looks like they wanted to be there…the food was very much better than before. Will definitely be returning. Dining room was cleaned and sanitized.
