The worse thing is, too many people found out about Papa John's and you can't hardly get in the door. That place needs to be twice that size.
The pizza was delicious. The service was fast. I went in and ordered one of the walk in specials. Only waited 10 minutes.
Every time we order pizza from here it is delicious! Pizza is still nice and hot. Been ordering there for 2 years now and can't remember a bad experience.

Food was decent, I’ve had better and worse from Papa Johns. But their delivery service is AMAZING! My house isn’t on deliverable (but my neighborhood amenity center is??) and every time I’ve called they deliver to my house no problem. Pizza is warm, order correct.

I ordered the cheese sticks and it was perfectly made. Thanks to the manager for making it look exactly like the picture online.
Very good pizza. The jalapenos peppers and garlic sauces are nice extra touches.

Had a hankering for pizza and gave them another shot at carryout - pizza was ready in 25 minutes, warm, and customer service great! We devoured that one in our way to Lowe's and ordered another one for the way back which was also ready quickly! I'll add 2 stars back on and hope the trend continues!
PREVIOUS REVIEW:
I've been to this location 3 times for carry out now and used once for delivery. Every single carryout has been a very long wait (despite waiting till estimated ready time). One time they hadn't even put it in the oven (I called the order in). This last time it was a 30 minute wait (despite tracker telling me it was being boxed 40 minutes ago) - because it was sitting on the other shelf and they didn't bother checking for it. After asking my name 5 different times and finally checking the other shelf they find it and I get to go enjoy my tepid pizza at home.
The only reason for 2 stars is because the ONE time I got delivery it was timely, fresh and warm, and the delivery guy was nice.
I waited so long to write a review because I always hope I just happened in on an off night. Really seems like a pattern with this store and they need to evaluate their process flow.
Jim Roy is THE BEST delivery person! HANDS DOWN! He has delivered our pizza 3x and each time has been top notch Customer service! He even brings some paper plates/napkins, so you don't have to wash any dishes. Just his demeanor is so pleasant and friendly! Every pizza place needs a Jim Roy!
