We waited almost 30 minutes for a 10-piece chicken nugget. It was at closing, though, and the food was hot, we paid and got the food in like a minute, so it could have been a big order ahead of us too. Workers were polite, thank you guys!

I just wanted to say that at this McDonald’s in Goose Creek on S. Goose Creek Blvd they have the most beautiful, genuine, sweetest person that works the first window where you pay. Every time I have gone there and she is at the window she makes me smile. She is ALWAYS in a good mood always smiling, and I just wanted to recognize her. I’m sure other people there are nice but I just feel like she goes above and beyond. She is truly the blueprint for MAGNIFICENT customer service.
It was the best McDonald's experience from a drive up with three stations, clear and pleasant voice 9f a person taking our order to receiving freshly made food for our order.
Very polite staff. Several machines were not working well including the kiosks, but that's out of their control. They promptly refunded coffee when the coffee machine broke. They were very kind despite the frustrated customers.
Very chic looking store. McDonald's is doing well for themselves. The food was hot, and fresh. The staff friendly beyond their need store was Spic & span

Self checkout in Goose Creek now. It's not the fastest and the user experience with the interface is a little disappointing (scrolling tends to make a selection). Nice to know you can get an extra patty on your big Mac or your filet! It was a good day for fries. 🍟
