Ordered thru drive thru. Didn’t receive hash browns I paid for. Parked and stopped in. People were standing around looking to pick up orders. Almost no one sitting in the lobby. Took awhile to get noticed.
Eventually a young lady called my name, told me they got my order wrong, then came from the back and grabbed the bag in my hand. I asked why she said I have to check it.
She then looked into the bag I had in my hand and gave me the one she had. No further explanation.
Place was clean. Furniture and decor is newer.

We love this McDonald's, but tonight's food was over salted. It's not good for my low salt diet or anyone's. Please hold back on all this salt! And please don't run out of coke again. Usually, they are good here, though.

Mostly the service is quick and friendly. Sometimes my orders aren't ready in a timely manner, but that doesn't happen too often.

Went through the drive thru. The kids were disappointed that they were still advertising the Grimace shake, but didn't have it, but what we got was pretty good, with the exception that two orders of fries were cold.

This is the best McDonald's in the area. They actually take your order at the counter inside. Which most have done away with, and you have to order through the kiosk. Food is always hot and quick. Inside is always clean. The other McDonald's in the area could really learn from this one.

The food was surprisingly hot and fresh. You go to a kiosk to order your food which is fine with me I like not having to order from a person and you can customize your order. The place wasn't that clean though. Messy and sticky tables, needed a good sweep and the place was so plain and just not a fun feeling place anymore. But I guess for just the food it was good.

I'm a regular here, and there is a reason for this. This location is always extremely clean, food never takes more than maybe 5-7 minutes. There's been more than a few occasions when I've gotten my order before I've even left the counter after paying. The employees are personable and ALWAYS doing what they need to. Somehow, even in the busier hours of the day, this location STILL manages to run smoothly. They have NEVER forgotten any item in my order or got anything wrong. The day manager recognizes me when I go, and when she sees me she has the biggest smile on her face and always makes me feel welcome. I'm gonna stay a regular at this location :)).

The very fastest service I've ever seen at any fast food location ever. Sometimes my meal is done before I even step away from the counter. Very friendly staff, good cleaning habits. The best part about this location however- the ice cream machine has never been broken any time that I have gone there. I can order an ice cream and actually receive it! And when I receive it, it is always handed to me with a smile. I highly recommend this location.

Surprisingly, quick service today. Generally, it's a long waiting line, so I pass by and go elsewhere. Today, I was craving McD's so I decided to brave it. Actually parked and went inside and got quick service with hot 🔥 food. Great job!!!

The only McDonalds in the area that I will eat at. Always hot and fresh, and I usually am pretty different when it comes to my burger order, adding on and changing it. Great friendly service when I even ask that things are made fresh. I found out the manager I have had serve me is Nate, he is amazing and runs a great staff. 10/10 for sure because of Nate and his staff.

With everything happening nowadays and the poor customer service and food quality everywhere I have found this restaurant to maintain good standards. I went through the drive-thru today (09/14/2021) for lunch and they were professional, friendly, and the order was correct and hot. Keep up the good work and please let your employees know it is appreciated. Their job performance has become less common and they should be commended for it.

#Mcdonalds literally says 24 hours a day on there sign , gets denied service by two McDonalds where one told Me straight up "Nah go to the other one " while he sipped on a milkshake. Then there managers straight up ignore the call I place by descalating it to a regular employee where they just don't give a damn. I know this sounds Petty but really Goose creek zip code 29445 needs to step up there game .

Pulled up at drive thru. No response. After a few minutes I said "Hello".
Only then did a voice say "One moment Please". Advertised drinks for $1 on drive thru menu. Charged $1.19 and when I asked the girl at window responded I didn't put the price on drive thru menu. I told her I understood she personally didn't change the price but she represents McDonalds and she has an obligation to see that management charges the prices that are advertised. Went right over her head. She thought it was all about her and insisted she didn't change the price. Got the manager. She didn't understand either. When I asked for their names I was told they are not allowed to give out their names. No name tags. And these people want $15.00 an hour? They are freakin idiots who don't have any functioning neurons. I have no business eating their junk food. McDonalds for me is a thing of the past. It should be for you too. Even when the charge the correct price, they cannot get an order right. Enough already.

Have been here before and ordered a Big Mac. There was very little sauce so when I went back today I asked for extra Mac sauce. Paid and looked at my receipt and was dumbfounded that they charge you for extra Mac sauce. If they weren't so cheap on the sauce to begin with I wouldn't have to ask for extra.

Just went thru the drive thru. Ordered 2 apple pies with my order. Did not receive them. Called and asked to speak to the manager on duty and got the run around. They weren't busy, just can't understand how they can not handle a simple order when not busy.

This McDonald's in front of walmart sucks ass, once it gets close to 11 pm they just act as though nobody's in the drive thru pretty annoying getting ignored like that on multiple times. ..And even during the day food is usually wrong needs new management

20 mins for 5 milkshakes. No apologies or explanation. Got our shakes and they were completely melted. Would have returned them if the kids weren't dying of thirst. Poor service and product. Won't be returning to this location.
