Reviews Sebago Brewing Company Tasting Room

Sebago Brewing Co is a solid brewpub, emphasizing food as much as beer. I like that they offer small pours (5 oz) of their beers, since flights didn't seem to be an option. Lots of picnic and patio space outside, and cornhole! Bring a hat and/or sunscreen if you sit outside, because few tables offer umbrellas and it is easy to bake on a sunny day. They do have a decent menu, so it would be good for diverse palettes. I ordered the salmon tacos for dinner, and to be honest, they left something to be desired. The salmon tasted super fishy, which often happens when it isn't fresh (either stored in fridge or freezer too long). The salmon was also in small chunks and fried, which was different from the fresh salmon tacos I imagined they would be. Tots were satisfyingly crispy, but quite greasy. My husband ordered the burger and said it was excellent, except for the soggy bun.

Sebago is a great spot to visit with friends. Had a flight of IPAs and the burger…which is juicy so beware…but totally worth it. I believe I had the world’s largest potato wedge! The picked cucumbers were surprisingly good! My wife had the chicken tenders and a glass of white wine. The coating had a nice crunch and spice ratio.

Always delicious food! The beet fries are the absolute best! Such a great atmosphere for my co-workers to have lunch. We will continue to come here.

I've been here a couple of times now, and it definitely does not disappoint. A solid selection of hand-crafted brews paired with a menu that definitely pushes the boundaries of standard brewpub fare. The pizza selection is fantastic, and all sandwiches come with either fries, tater tots or salad as a side. Get the tots - you won't be disappointed.

We we have been there twice recently for birthday celebrations with a large group of people. The employees were so accommodating both times! Waitstaff was amazing! The food is delicious! The mushroom pizza is the best I've ever had! Someone in our party got the ribeye steak that was also delicious! Love this restaurant!

Sebago Brewing Company has multiple locations throughout Maine but I believe this is their central location. I have never been to a brewery so upscale before! This place has their own restaurant inside with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Inside, you can see the large distribution room where they brew and package their beer and you also have a good view of the open kitchen with their wood fired pizza oven. Outside, you have Cornhole, horseshoes and gorgeous views of the valley and if you come during the evening you even get a great view of the sunset as well. The service was friendly and attentive and the food was over the top for brewery food. Let's not forget the delicious beers that they offer as well. If you're looking to impress someone's love for beer and food with great views, this is definitely the spot to try out! If you want a table at this place it's like a normal restaurant where the host gets you your table at the front so don't just walk into the back and sit down and think someone will help you. We almost did that haha. Our server greeted us promptly and quickly brought out the beers we ordered. When he came back we ended up ordering our food as well which was the Buffalo Chicken Dip appetizer and the Italian Job pizza. Both were delicious and like I said, way over the top for something you would expect coming from a brewery. The Buffalo Chicken Dip came with an assortment of vegetables such as , red peppers, cucumbers, carrots and celery and also deep fried flour tortilla chips. The dip was loaded with chicken and cheese and it came with plenty of dip that could have fed four people. The Italian Job pizza was basically like a supreme pizza with EVOO as a base(no marinara), sopressata, capicola, green peppers, tomatoes, olives and red onion with their house cheese blend. The crust was good and not too thin or thick and had the right amount of crispiness to it. We had also asked for red pepper flakes and parmesan and I was pleasantly surprised when they brought out a side cup of parmesan that wasn't grated! Nice touch. Overall the pizza was good but I would have liked a bit more if there was a tomato sauce instead of evoo as the base. Was a bit dry in that sense. Also, I'm not sure what wood they are using but I didn't really taste that wood fired flavor that usually gets imparted to pizzas. They have a nice selection of beers here from fruity and sour to dark and aged. I really enjoyed the flight that I had and ended up getting a full pour of the 2nd Dose which was a New England DIPA. This place has something for everyone even if you don't drink and their menu is pretty extensive and they even serve some dessert and fancier dishes that we didn't end up trying. Get a cup or hoodie from their gift shop near the front entrance on your way out! Everything I eat there is great. I'm not exaggerating - their wings, buffalo dip, hamburgers, they make great pizzas, salads, whatever their special of the night might be, the chowders, I could keep going. Really great rotation of beers - they are constantly changing things up and trying new things and I don't think I've ever had one of their beers that I didn't like. And very good service too.
