The pizza was cold and tasted like it had sat around for hours. The pizza toppings were very scant. I have seen a greater amount of toppings on frozen pizza from the grocery store. No place gets a 5 score. 4's you have to impress me. 3 well this is where they are...middle of the road pizza. I picked it up and didnt have to wait. It was still hot when I got home 4 miles away. Seems like the quantity of ingredients are less than they used to be. Lots of crust. Asked for 2 times

One of the two pizzas ordered was not prepared correctly. I immediately took it back in. They said they'd prepare another one and it would take about 10 minutes. After waiting 20 - 25 minutes they gave me the replacement, but it was also not correct. I didn't feel like waiting another 20 minutes

I went in and I think his name was London he’s a small fella and he tended to my every need. And I’m a needy customer. Some might say a Karen. For how little they get paid I thought he was kind and helpful and the pizza melted in my mouth pretty good for Pizza Hut.

Called to order my grandsons pizza and when they picked up they asked, "can you hold for a minute." I said, "yes." 20 minutes and 17 seconds late I hung up. So I called back and the same guy asked, "can you hold for a minute." I told him, "he'll no I can't because I was left on hold for over 20 minu

Ordered Pizza 20-30 min ahead of time and my Pizza was giving to the wrong customer. Have been in there before and seen it happen to someone else. Asked manager on duty if they can make it right for the inconvenience and all I got was "I am I'm making you a new one."

Our server didn't bring any serving utensils, we had to actually get up and ask for refills on drinks. Overall the service was lazy at best.
