My experience at McDonald's was significantly different than prior experiences. We planned to go through the drive thru - the line was so long, we opted to go into the restaurant. The restaurant is set up for self service. The only way to order was the kios or the app on my phone. I used the kios.

So my friend was minding his own business and being respectful to the employees and then all of a sudden he gets his order back and they say it’s the order for the big big guy. They body shamed him. I was upset at this service. I lost my appetite.

Very easy to dislike this McDonalds. Inside, ordering is possible only through a kiosk or an app (no thank you, McBig Brother) due to "short staffing." Judging by the number of staff on hand and milling around I judge this claim to be false and so an attempted insult to the intelligence of patrons
