Look the coffee is great, but after losing the Einstein Bagel they can no longer edit your bagel sandwiches to do something as fundamental as removing a cheese you don't like.

A great coffee shop, and my current favorite. It is not usually packed for dine in and it is the best looking coffee shop in the city. It is clean and the prices are fair. The current employees (as of the time of this review) are also among the best and friendliest of all the coffee shops in town.
Enjoyed the coffee and bagels here. While in Grand Forks i will keep visiting this coffee shop instead of star bucks. I found the coffee better tasting here.
I love their coffee but employees always seem very impatient. But they havent messed up my order once so I cant complain!
This a nice location, clean, and have great customer service. Living up to company high company standards. I would like to point that they very comfortable chairs almost fell asleep at this location!
Wow what a cool atmosphere. Very polite and patient guy at the till! Very helpful for a couple of people who have never been there before. I had the onion bagel with herb and garlic. Wow what a combo! Will be back for sure! Next time I will try the breakfast bagel. Looks great! Thanks guys.
If there's one thing I miss from being in the midwest, it's Caribou Coffee. This one is the best in town. They have bagels and amazing shmear (cream cheese) and they cut and prepare it for you! The drinks are also the tastiest chain coffee shop drinks in the world. Starbucks, stand down!
