Dr Kiefat is amazing, I've seen him for about 20 years for headaches, and back pain. I've saved alot of money by not having to get CTs and MRIs that my Dr. wanted me to have done. I am 55 yrs old and am able to continue being a CNA in a nursing home thanks to Dr Kiefat.
After years of experiencing occasional back issues my pain suddenly became a debilitating 24/7 problem. Walking, standing, any movement was excruciating and I needed help after trying to deal with daily life unsuccessfully. On a recommendation I went to Dr. Kiefat and am so grateful because he has given mobility back to me. He and his staff welcome patients by name and with a smile and when I was at my worst they have been at their best!

Upon reviewing the x-rays with Dr. Kiefat I couldn't believe that I was still walking with the problems I have with my back. I am doing much better and I have so much faith in my treatments. I've been going to Heartland Clinic of Chiropractic for almost 10 years. Dr. Kiefat has taken care of everything from an ear ache to neck injuries caused by a car accident. I even bring my daughter. Heartland is GREAT! I had been dealing with neck and shoulder pain for several months and couldn’t deal with it anymore. I went to Heartland looking for a quick adjustment and to my surprise Dr Kiefat examined my neck and back and the next day he had an adjustment plan prepared for me! After the first few adjustments I began feeling better than I had felt in months. 3 months later I feel amazing! No pain!
I have been seeing Dr. Kiefat for a couple of years and I have the best experience every time I go. He is so skilled in his adjustments, does his own x-rays to give you the best and most accurate care, and I've never seen him without a smile on his face. I have referred both family members and my own clients to him, and they all have the same view. This is the best chiropractor in Grand Forks.

Excellent service! Dr. Kiefat is the best Chiropractic. He always greets you with a smile and ask how everything is going! His staff are friendly and helpful. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Leave there feeling great!!
