My wife and I have been getting pizzas from Pizza Hut in Grand Haven for a number of years. Mostly pick-up and home delivery and the service has always been first rate,. The staff in the store is always very friendly and helpful and the delivery guys are very punctual and friendly too. Obviously the pizzas are very good and exactly what we ordered. If you haven't tried their brownies or the big chocolate chip cookie, make sure to order one of those, they are great ! Thanks to Pizza hut and the staff, Good Job

Great food, Friendly people. Even gave us a cup of pineapple for my sister to put on her pizza slices (no one else wanted it--but she was good with adding her own.) Very nice of them to give it to us.
pizza hut has always been my favorite pizza franchise. I just miss when they had that extra cheese in the crust. This particular location had a fast service, and a clean place. The customer service was great and very nice people.
Made an order online, it was ready quick and better yet the food was amazing and turned out perfect. Clean restaurant inside, can't say I say anything wrong with my whole experience.
I enjoyed the new look Pizza Hut has going here. Kinda like Subway but for pizza. As in other locations, their wings are amazing. Try the cajun style dry rub.. my personal favorite. You walk in, order, sit down and they bring out to you when ready. Friendly staff and facility was very clean.
Just got the Big New Yorker. It's not exactly Brooklyn style but still pretty good for Pizza Hut.
Excellent service. Clean. I asked the gentleman handling my veggie lover's pizza to clean the knife before cutting as I have meat restrictions, he went and grabbed a new shiny knife and showed it to me. Morever, when a worker came out of the washroom, he washed his hands and sanitized them at the sink beside the pizza prep table right there in front of us. Thank you very very much. Definitely coming again and again. Professional grade customer service and business...ok, an edit... when the same worker handled a cash order, he immediately washed his hands again before preparing the pizza. Just ordered pizza and chicken wings! The pizza tasted just as good as it looked, and the wings were delicious also! The restaurant was exceptionally clean when we picked up our order and the service was outstanding! We will definitely be ordering from here on a regular basis! Thank you
During Covid, we have not been back to Pizza Hut which had moved not far from former location. Decided to have pizza for dinner- take out was our preference. We were greeted by a happy young man with a big smile. Placed our order and told it would be ready in 10 minutes. The young man shared that he was the new manager; the pizza that we had ordered was perfect and delicious. WE will be back soon. Thanks, Pizza Hut.
Whatever pizza hut is doing keep doing it. I stayed away for awhile because it was just so greasy but its the complete opposite now and the prices are soo modest compared to other pizza places. Great value per dollar!
Flavor and topping on the pizzas. The Flavor of the wings. Also the quickness of the local pizza hut in making our order and even delivering it before the estimated time of delivery. Very satisfied with our experience with our local pizza hut today. Keep up the good work.

Friday, cold. Machines, uncooperative. Week to buy pizza, mine. I placed the order after the shift change meeting. Nothing happened on first shift. Little did we know that all the problems laid in wait to ambush us as soon as we were isolated and without backup. Fans faulted, lasers failed, transformers tripped. I feared for my very life, but more than that, I feared I would miss my scheduled rendezvous with the pizza man! The time Drew near, but the machine was still down. I hatched a plan... I went to acquire the laptop to diagnose the issue. This action would swing me past the drop off. I just had to pray that the timing would be right. I barreled through the door to make contact, but saw salvation heading my way. He walked with purpose, but not the type of reckless swagger that might betray the value of his cargo. We made the handoff, and then he disappeared like a true master of his craft. I dropped the package in the safe house and settled up affairs on the floor.
Also, the pizza was good.
